اسرائيل تخطط لبناء 20 الف وحدة سكنية في مستوطنات الضفة الغربية وعباس: عدم التراجع عن القرار هو انهاء لعملية السلام

أعلنت حركة السلام الان الاسرائيلية المناهضة للاستيطان الثلاثاء، أن وزارة الاسكان الاسرائيلية طرحت عطاءات للتخطيط لبناء 20 الف وحدة سكنية استيطانية في الضفة الغربية والقدس الشرقية المحتلتين، فميا اعتبرها الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس "انهاء لعملية السلام"
وقال ياريف اوبنهايمر امين عام المنظمة للاذاعة الاسرائيلية العامة، أن "وزارة الاسكان طرحت عطاءات ل20 الف وحدة في المستوطنات".
واعلن مسؤول حكومي كبير ان رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتانياهو عارض بناء 1200 وحدة استيطانية من اصل العشرين الف وحدة المخططة في منطقة "اي 1" الحساسة المثيرة للجدل بين القدس والضفة الغربية.
وادان المجتمع الدولي مشروع البناء "اي 1" الذي سيقسم الضفة الغربية المحتلة الى جزئين ما يعقد قيام دولة فلسطينية قابلة للحياة في المستقبل.
واشارت صحيفة هآرتس الى ان نتانياهو لم يعارض في المقابل التخطيط لبناء 18,800 وحدة استيطانية اخرى. وتم تخصيص 45 مليون شيكل (10 مليون يورو) من الاموال العامة لضمان النفقات المرتبطة بطرح العطاءات.
واكد اوبنهايمر لوكالة "فرانس برس" ان "تخصيص هذه الاموال يثبت ان الحكومة جادة في نيتها (في البناء) وانها تتظاهر فقط بالتفاوض مع الفلسطينيين من اجل مواصلة الاستيطان".
واضاف: "هذا التوسع الاستيطاني يظهر حقيقة ان رئيس الوزراء لا يؤمن بحل الدولتين لشعبين على عكس ما يدعيه".
ولاحقا حذر الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس من ان "اسرائيل تعلن نهاية عملية السلام" اذا لم تتراجع عن قرارها الاخير، وفق ما نقل عنه كبير المفاوضين الفلسطينيين صائب عريقات.
وصرح عريقات لـ"فرانس برس" انه "بناء على تعليمات الرئيس محمود عباس اجريت اتصالات عاجلة مع اللجنة الرباعية الدولية والامين العام للجامعة العربية ولجنة مبادرة السلام العربية ابلغتهم فيها رسالة من الرئيس عباس انه اذا لم تتراجع اسرائيل عن قرارات البناء الاستيطاني الجديدة فانها تعلن رسميا عن نهاية عملية السلام".
واضاف عريقات: "طالبنا العالم بأن يتحمل مسؤولياته ويوقف هذا التوسع الاستيطاني غير المسبوق"، موضحا "اننا اكدنا لجميع الاطراف الدولية والعربية ان القيادة الفلسطينية ستجتمع خلال الساعات القادمة لتدارس الموقف وان جميع الخيارات مفتوحة امامها".
وأعلن أيضا أن القيادة الفلسطينية تدرس التوجه الى مجلس الامن والمنظمات الدولية اذا لم تتراجع اسرائيل عن القرارات الاخيرة لها.
واوضح "اننا سنجري مشاورات عاجله الليلة وغدا (الاربعاء) مع الامين العام للجامعة العربية ومع لجنة مبادرة السلام العربية واللجنة الرباعية" الدولية للشرق الاوسط.
وتعتبر الولايات المتحدة الاستيطان في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة "غير شرعي" كما اكد وزير خارجيتها جون كيري الاسبوع الماضي الذي حاول انقاذ مفاوضات السلام الاسرائيلية-الفلسطينية المتعثرة.
وقبل قدوم كيري بايام، طرحت اسرائيل عطاءات لبناء نحو الفي وحدة سكنية استيطانية في الضفة الغربية والقدس الشرقية المحتلتين.

Actually, non-jews are NOT allowed to live in these settlements except thai and other workers who are there to serve the jews, they can't own in those settlements. A palestinian buying a house in Palestine whether in tel rabi3 which is tel avivs original name or elsewhere is not shameful though as he/she is buying a house in his own land.
