الأمم لمتحدة تعلن موافقة الحكومة السورية على ايصال المساعدات الانسانية الى مضايا المحاصرة

أعلن مكتب الامم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الانسانية في بيان الخميس تلقيه موافقة من الحكومة السورية لادخال المساعدات الانسانية في اقرب وقت الى ثلاث بلدات سورية بينها مضايا المحاصرة في ريف دمشق.
وجاء في البيان "ترحب الأمم المتحدة بالموافقة التي تلقتها اليوم من الحكومة السورية بشأن إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى مضايا والفوعة وكفريا (شمال غرب) وتعمل على تحضير القوافل لانطلاقها في أقرب فرصة".
ونقلت الامم المتحدة عن "تقارير موثوقة بان الناس يموتون من الجوع ويتعرضون للقتل اثناء محاولتهم مغادرة مضايا التي يعيش فيها نحو 42 الف شخص". واوردت مثالا من مضايا اذ قالت "وردتنا معلومات في الخامس من كانون الثاني 2016 تفيد بوفاة رجل يبلغ من العمر 53 عاما بسبب الجوع في حين ان اسرته المكونة من خمسة اشخاص ما زالت تعاني من سوء التغذية الحاد".
واضافت "أرسلت آخر قافلة مشتركة بين الأمم المتحدة والهلال الأحمر العربي السوري واللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر إلى مضايا في 18 تشرين الأول 2015، كما نفذت عملية إجلاء طبي في 28 كانون الأول"، مؤكدة انه "تعذر الوصول إلى هذه المناطق منذ ذلك الحين".
وقالت مؤمنة (32 عاما) من مضايا في اتصال هاتفي مع وكالة فرانس برس "لم يعد هناك ما نأكله، لم يدخل فمي منذ يومين سوى الماء (...) حتى اننا بتنا نأكل الثلج الذي يتساقط علينا، أكلنا كل أوراق الشجر وقطعنا الجذوع للتدفئة، ونفد كل ما لدينا".
وتحاصر قوات النظام والمسلحون الموالون لها قرى عدة في ريف دمشق منذ اكثر من سنتين، لكن الحصار على مضايا تم تشديده قبل نحو ستة اشهر. وهي واحدة من اربع بلدات سورية تم التوصل الى اتفاق بشأنها بين الحكومة السورية والفصائل المقاتلة ينص على وقف لاطلاق النار وايصال المساعدات ويتم تنفيذه على مراحل عدة.
وبموجب الاتفاق، تم في 28 كانون الاول اجلاء اكثر من 450 مسلحا ومدنيا من الزبداني ومضايا المحاصرتين في ريف دمشق ومن الفوعة وكفريا الخاضعتين لحصار فصائل معارضة في محافظة ادلب في شمال غرب البلاد.
وكان من المقرر، وفق الاتفاق، وبعد انتهاء عملية الاجلاء السماح بادخال مساعدات انسانية واغاثية الى البلدات المحاصرة الا ان الامر لم ينفذ.
ودعت الامم المتحدة في بيانها الى "ازالة كافة العوائق امام ايصال المساعدات الانسانية"، مؤكدة انها "تشعر بالقلق بازاء محنة ما يقرب من 400 الف شخص تحاصرهم اطراف النزاع في عدد من المواقع كمدينة دير الزور وداريا والفوعة وكفريا، فضلا عن المناطق المحاصرة في الغوطة الشرقية".
وشدد على انه رغم الطلبات المتكررة للوصول الى تلك المناطق "لم تتم الموافقة سوى على عشرة في المئة" منها، وذلك بهدف "ايصال المساعدات وتسليمها في المناطق المحاصرة والتي يصعب الوصول اليها".

Absolutely! It does not take a genius to see what assad and hezbollah are doing. Looking at the map you will see where the serious fighting is taking place; in sunni areas surrounding the Alawi canton. The Russian airstrikes are concentrated on attacking the moderate rebels around and across the future Alawi state while leaving ISIS controlled regions almost airstrike free.

Syria's population is more than 90% Sunni if you include the Kurds. Syria has compulsory enlistment for state services and the armed forces or conscription. It is natural the majority of the Syrian Army was Sunni. However, after the revolution, the number of Sunnis in the army has dramatically decreased to the point where Assad himself had to admit in his speech in front of parliament a few months ago (before the russian intervention) that the recent military setbacks were due to the diminished "human resources" as he referred to them. The influx of shia hezbollah, iranian guards, shia pakistanis and afghanis to help the regime further supports @1anonymetexasusa point of view.
