قائد الجيش: بوصلتنا ستبقى مصوبة باتجاه العدو الاسرائيلي والارهاب

وجه قائد الجيش العماد جوزاف عون، لمناسبة الذكرى الثالثة والسبعين لتأسيس الجيش، أمر اليوم إلى العسكريين داعيا إياهم الى التصدي للعدوان الاسرائيلي من جهة والارهاب التكفيري من جهة أخرى.
وتوجه عون الى العسكريين بالقول "أيها العسكريون، يأتي العيد الثالث والسبعون للجيش هذا العام مكلَّلاً بالإنجازات التي سطرت في دحر الإرهابيين، والنجاح في تقويض حركتهم وتوقيف العديد منهم، عبر العمليات الاستباقية والأمنية. وفي حين تم تحقيق نتائج إيجابية هامة من خلال الإجراءات المتخذة لضبط حركة التهريب عبر عدد من المعابر غير الشرعية، فإن القرار واضح باستكمال العمل وبوتيرة تصاعدية، وزيادة الإجراءات التي تقتضيها المهام الموكلة إلى الجيش، في سبيل دعم الأمن والاستقرار".
ودعا عون العسكريين إلى "مزيد من اليقظة للحفاظ على جهوزيتكم الكاملة، وضمان وحدة الوطن وسلامة أراضيه وسلمه الأهلي".
وقال "إذا كان لبنان قد حقق نصرا حاسما على الإرهاب، فإن ذلك لا يعني إطلاقا أنه أصبح بمأمن، فالعدو الإسرائيلي هو المستفيد الأول من الإرهاب في المنطقة، وعينه على أرضنا وثرواتنا الطبيعية".
وحذر من أن العدو الاسرائيلي "لن يوفر فرصة إلا وسيحاول من خلالها تحقيق أطماعه"، مضيفا "لكن لبنان القوي بجيشه المحصن بشعبه، سيدافع عن حقه في أرضه وكيانه وثرواته، وسيتصدى لأي محاولة لمسها أو الانتقاص منها مهما غلت التضحيات".
وأضاف "عقيدة الجيش ثابتة وبوصلته لم ولن تغير اتجاهها وهي ستبقى مصوبة باتجاه العدو الإسرائيلي وباتجاه الإرهاب الذي لا يخدم سوى إسرائيل ومصالحها وأهدافها".
وفيما ذكر أن "الاستقرار الأمني الداخلي الذي ينعم به بلدنا قد أرخى ظلالا من الارتياح والطمأنينة، وجعل لبنان واحة آمنة ومستقرة رغم دقة الأوضاع الإقتصادية والسياسية التي نمر بها"، لفت قائد الجيش الى أن "هذا الواقع يضعنا أمام مسؤوليات كبيرة انطلاقا من أن الأمن والإستقرار هو أساس كل ازدهار".
وشدد على انه "لا بد من العمل الدؤوب وبذل المزيد من الجهود لحماية وطننا والإسهام في نهوضه وازدهاره".

ما صحة توقيف ضابط بالجيش؟ القيادة توضح
صدر عن قيادة الجيش – مديرية التوجيه التوضيح الآتي:
أوردت إحدى الصحف المحلّية في عددها الصادر بتاريخ اليوم، مقالاً يتضمّن معلومات حول توقيف ضابط في الجيش.
توضح قيادة الجيش، أنّ الضابط المذكور في المقال قد أوقف بسبب تقاضيه رشوة، وأن باقي التهم المنسوبة إليه، والتي تتعلق بشطب أسماء مشتبه فيهم بالتعامل مع العدو الإسرائيلي، غير صحيحة.
كما تدعو القيادة المذكورة وسائل الإعلام إلى توخّي الدقة في تناول أية معلومات تتعلّق بالمؤسسة العسكرية، والعودة إليها للتثبّت من صحة هذه المعلومات قبل نشرها، ولحين صدور نتائج التحقيق.
