"أصدرت مذكرة توقيف بحق شقيق الوزير محمد فنيش في قضية الأدوية المزورة"، بحسب ما أفادت معلومات صحافية.
وفي هذا السياق، أشارت قناة MTV ظهر الجمعة الى أن "القاضي جان فرنيني أصدر مذكرة توقيف بحق شقيق الوزير محمد فنيش في قضية الأدوية المزورة".
وأفادت إذاعة صوت لبنان (93،3) أن "المتهم عبد اللطيف فنيش (شقيق الوزير محمد فنيش) سلّم نفسه إلى القضاء بعد تسطير مذكرة توقيف بحقه".
وأشارت الـLBCI الى أن "عبد اللطيف فنيش موقوف بقصر العدل في بعبدا".
وفي 13 تشرين الثاني 2012 الفائت أصدر النائب العام التمييزي القاضي حاتم ماضي بلاغ بحث وتحر بملف الادوية المزورة في حق كل من: عبد اللطيف عبد المطلب فنيش المعروف بإسم محمود، وفؤاد احمد وهبي، وعممه على كل الاجهزة الامنية.
وكان قد علق الوزير فنيش على تورط أخيه بالقول "بعدما بلغني أن هناك احتمالا لتورط أحد أشقائي بقضية تزور شهادات تحليل مخبرية، وتوقيع الوزير لبعض أصناف الأدوية الطبية، فإن ما يهمني التأكيد عليه، أن هذا الأمر منوط بالإدارة المعنية والقضاء، لاتخاذ كل التدابير الإدارية والقضائية في حال ثبوت التهمة".
من جهته شدد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان على وجوب عدم التساهل على الاطلاق مع المرتكبين الذين بلغت وقاحتهم حد التلاعب بصحة المواطن من دون اي رادع من اخلاق او ضمير طالباً من وزير الصحة علي حسن خليل الذهاب في الموضوع الى النهاية من خلال القضاء.
وكانت قد أشارت مصادر مطلعة لملف الأدوية الفاسدة الى أن " المعلومات التي وردت الى هيئة القضايا في وزارة العدل اواسط تشرين الأول الماضي تفيد ان ثمة تزويراً في بعض الامور وردت من مختبرات الجامعة العربية في بيروت". وكانت الدولة قد ادعت ممثلة بهيئة القضاء امام النيابة العامة التمييزية على مجهول ليأخذ التحقيق مجراه".

Give it a rest dude--you like saying what suits you at the time regardless of what you said in the past. In any case, this guy still hasn't shown up in court nor has he been arrested, so until he is in jail, shows up for court, and serves out his sentence, NOTHING has changed.
