Jumblat hopes Hezbollah won't be 'dragged into war'

Former Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblat reiterated Wednesday his call on Hezbollah to stay out of the Israeli-Palestinian war.

"Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is a key player in the region and I reiterate my appeal for him not to be dragged into the war," Jumblat told LBCI.

Jubmlat expressed his support for the southerners and said he fears for the Lebanese citizens' safety.

"If we have to fight a war after all, we have to be united," he said, calling for "repairing the government," and putting an end to domestic disagreements.

.. as if Nasrallah isn't purposeful in instigating the responses to firing across the board from Lebanon. One cannot be "dragged into" something one precipitated in the first.
