Cameron Says Soldier's Murder is Attack on Britain, Betrayal of Islam

Prime Minister David Cameron said on Thursday the brutal murder of a soldier by two suspected Islamists on a London street was an attack on Britain and a betrayal of Islam.
"This was not just an attack on Britain and on the British way of life. It was also a betrayal of Islam and of the Muslim communities who give so much to our country," he said.
"There is nothing in Islam that justifies this truly dreadful act."
In a video taken shortly after Wednesday's brutal attack near a barracks in Woolwich, southeast London, one of the suspects says that "we swear by the almighty Allah we will never stop fighting unless you leave us alone" and demands British troops are brought back from "our lands".
Speaking outside his Downing Street office following a meeting with national security chiefs, Cameron said Britain was "absolutely resolute in its stand against violent extremism and terror".
"We will never give in to terror or terrorism in any of its forms," he said, adding that this view was shared by every community in Britain.
"We will defeat violent extremism by standing together, by backing our police and security services and above all by challenging the poisonous narrative of extremism."
He added: "There is absolutely no justification for these acts and the fault for them lies solely and purely with the sickening individuals who carried out this appalling attack."

Islam does not allow us to take the law in to our own hands actually just like christianity does not allow british soldiers occupying afghanistan and comitting crimes there or all thr colonializing they made around the world murdering natives left and right. Muslims who viewed footage of the crime scene were as disgusted as others. Your filthy attempt to blame islam everytime a muslim does something prooves what a hypocrite you are otherwise you would have done the same every time others comit crimes which happen on a daily basis. Its people like you that create extremism around the world.

Who in their right mind would hack an innocent human in broad daylight? Are you kidding me? This happened in lebanon by maronites against muslim children, women and old grandmas and grandpas. It's called the sabra and chatila massacres. What God were those maronite militia men worshiping? They did all that in the name of christianity in case you have forgotten, some of the victims even had crosses carved on their skin by the terrorists. Not to mention christian militias in africa such as the lord's army among other places. So who does such things? The answer is evil people, regardless of religion. And you who try to pin this on islam is one of those people. Are you josh under a diffirent alias?

I think he is pointing out how western leaders do the exact same thing, except they use drones (but not always as there has been plenty of incidents of their soldiers using stabbing weapons). I doubt he meant these two were justified.

Not only it is betrayal of Islam, it is the utmost highjacking of mostly everything Islam should stand for. You can cry foul until the cows come home of what the British Empire did in the past or doing in present. Not that you and I should care about the English one way or another. Both the U.S. and Britain do not formally acknowledge the Armenian Genocide committed by the Turks (past or present Turks same crap different year). But the fact of the matter is Sunni Muslims commit crime and think they get away from it in the name of Allah which is in and out of itself most ludicrous and provocative. One can argue that Al-Qaida is tolerated by the West since close financial ties with Saudi Arabia.

A question that needs to be answered by the former President Clinton as to really why he did not take out ABL when he had the chance even though he was 40 of his family members. In any event, the true Lebanese people are sick and tired of crimes and agenda's being shoved down our throats under the color of religion/Islam. Take you issues out of Lebanon and to to Syria, Palestine, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Iran and live us alone
