Hariri, Jumblat Discuss Measures to Remove Obstacles Facing Institutions

Al-Mustaqbal Movement leader ex-PM Saad Hariri and Progressive Socialist Party chief MP Walid Jumblat have discussed ways to “remove the obstacles” facing state institutions, Hariri's press office announced on Thursday.

The statement said the meeting took place at Hariri's residence in France on Wednesday night.

The meeting “was an opportunity to discuss the developments in the region, ways to protect stability in Lebanon and remove the obstacles facing the work of constitutional institutions,” it added.

Lebanon plunged in a political crisis in May last year, when MPs failed to find a successor to President Michel Suleiman.

The crisis led to a stop in parliamentary sessions and growing dispute in the government that have paralyzed the work of constitutional institutions.

Humble, have you noticed the mareedmen thumbing us down and thumbing themselves up? This is caliber of people that follow the Mareedman, cheating is a way of life, and if it doesn't work, accuse, and if it doesn't work, insult, trolling goats, no more, no less.

Tric, I am with elections, but this time when your Claoun loses massively, zipping it up for your side would be a noble thing to do, then please task yourselves to clean up the trash as well.

As a Christian I want to say a big THANK YOU to Prime Minister Hariri.

Yea elections would be a good start, not rigging them and buying votes with saudi money would be even better.

Mowaten, of that Iranian diehard supporter that tends to ignore facts. Did you by any chance forget who in truth was the one side bribing and rigging in both elections? Now come on ya man, you shouldn't ignore facts when they are literally slapping you in the face. Does the word Hezbollah ring any bells for you and your likes? Or Iran masalan, or Swaygheya, masalan? Our holy book says, "Thou shalt not see the speck of dust in thy brother's eye yet ignore the log in thine", by modern definition it's called hypocrisy.

Thumb _mowaten_ 13 August 2015, 17:15

You dare say "facts"?? hahahahahahahaha

"Does the word Hezbollah ring any bells for you and your likes?"
Is that your argument? Is that what you want to pass as fact? It doesn't even begin to make a point. And quit lying to yourself, everybody knows who poured in billions to buy votes.
