Cuban FM to meet Putin in Moscow amid US pressure campaign
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Wednesday, the Kremlin said.
The visit to the socialist island's traditional ally comes amid a crippling U.S. oil embargo on Cuba.
"A Cuban delegation led by Bruno Rodriguez ... is currently in Moscow," Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing earlier on Wednesday, adding that Rodriguez will meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.
