I can see a good solution in the following:
- all MPs are elected without taking into account their secte.
- half of them, i.e. 54 in single area vote.
- the other half to be elected by all lebanon.
do not worry Tony: with what this government is doing so far, come 2013 the people will never elect a single one of those in power now.

I never had any liking for any sectarian driven party or gang (in the case of hizbushaitan) and worse, I never liked hariri for what he did to beirut, and the confiscation of our properties in downtown.
hizbushaitan was and is a cancer in our society and every day they are trying to expand their control over us, be it by killings and threats or by bying people out (like the FPM idiots) to finally declare their iranian state.
in my view, they are the biggest threat we have ever faced so far in lebanon.
