Aoun: Miqati Believes He Can Only Get Stronger by Covering Up Violations

26 October 2011, 16:12

@ado
first I had decided not to reply to comments of M8 guys on this site, and that is due to the fact they should not be here (on this site) if they do not like the comments. but in this case I will comment directly to yours.

you are assuming I am a mustakbal follower, which is plain wrong. I am just a proud Lebanese with no affiliation whatsoever. moreover, I never defended mustakbal :) so please stop tring to label me

you talk about patriotism, OK, let us define it: being a patriot means do everything in the interest of ones country, and do not affiliate with any foreign force against the interest of ones country. that is my definition.

in the case of aoun and his followers:
- they are covering up hizbushaitan (syro/iranian tool)
- they are collaborating and covering the syrian regime
- they are giving the christian cover and credibility to hizbushaitan to take over our country.
- among plenty of other things ....

so yes they are traitors in my view.

Hariri Source Slams Nasrallah over Security Situation and Syria

26 October 2011, 16:25

Some continue to say it all started when 7 policemen were killed! whereas the true story is that these policemen tortured kids by taking out their nails because of some graffitis.
stop trying to sell us fake facts!!!!!!!!!
if my kids have their nails taken out and tortured, I would do worse than killing the policemen who did it.

@Naharnet
funny enough that my post which had no bad language has been suppressed!]aMy comment was a clarification with facts, but you chose to rmove it, while aggressive posts from Aounists are allowed on this site, using bad words, and so on.
what is the basis of your censorship?

Miqati, Hariri Exchange Handshakes While Offering Condolences to Saudi King

27 October 2011, 07:21

@peace
well said.
as I tried to explain in my post that was removed yesterday, we are for ideas not for the supposed leaders, unlike others who follow their leaders whatever they would do, even when it becomes clear they are traitors to Lebanon.

Report: Assad Met Nasrallah, Advised him to Fund STL

27 October 2011, 08:56

the STL will be funded, not for the above reason, rather for the following:
- what hizbushaitan is failing to realize, although they went to russia to seek support for a veto on any upcoming UN resolution for the STL funding, the target will be the Lebanese banking system
- for the syrian regime, the lebanese banks are important at this stage
- without a resolution, just a remark on one or 2 major banks, will cause them to go bankrupt, thus the other banks would follow suit (it is enough that all their clients withdraw their money)

this would collapse the country totally and external intervention would reach the highest degree ever seen so far, which would lead to:
Bye Bye Hizbushaitan :)
they will find a way around this matter, and the STL will be funded by the Lebanese government :)

Opposition Calls for Dialogue among Cabinet Members before Resuming All-Party Talks

27 October 2011, 09:00

calls for dialogue just to force a consensus on fighting the STL will never happen.
when hizbushaitan will accept the idea of giving up their weapons to the army, then, and only then, there will be a dialogue.

IMF Lowers Lebanon Growth Forecast to 1.5%

27 October 2011, 09:09

@theeconomist
with respect to your knowledge, kindly remember that all what is currently being approved by this cabinet, are laws prepared previously during the past cabinets.
why they are passing now is simple: they were blocked previously by the current majority. so please do not give them a misplaced credit.
although I do not care for Hariri policies and doings, I just wanted to set things straight in this respect.
this government has not come up yet with any new law project except the salary increase, which is a total flop. :)
