Syrian Man, Woman Arrested in Dahieh over 'Security Plot'

I have a question for all of you:
how come they got the telecom data? when it comes to dahiyeh the telecom sinister hands the data? and in the case of Boutros Harb, and Hassan they do not hand over the telecom data?
how can you explain that?

I am seriously puzzled how come the army intelligence caught he two Syrians yesterday based on telecom data information! the sinister of information has refused giving up that data in several cases some of which are wissam al Hassan murder, and Boutros Harb attempted assassination, while there was not even a terrorist act attempted in Dahiyeh.
can anyone advise how that happened?
