a few years back a man got arrested and sentenced to 30 years in prison in the states. the guy was Lebanese from the south, lived and worked in the states, and had just come back form vacations in Lebanon.

His crime? he arrived in the US with more cigarets than the legal maximum, and he was sentenced for smuggling in view of funding a terrorist organization because he used to send money to support his family and since they are in south Lebanon they were automatically considered Hezbollah.
It took years and years of appeals and court proceedings before the judiciary realized how excessive and irrational the sentence was. This goes to say beware of hasty accusations and condemnations.

i agree that kidnappings done by the moqdad were not acceptable, and support the army's work, but the government should do something about hassan, who's kidnapping in damascus is the root cause of all this mess.
