Indeed they claim they have "additional evidence" that they did not release to keep the "identity of witnesses" confidential.

This means the so-called "evidence" is not material evidence, but rather testimonials and gossip, which they will add to their already weak circumstantial evidence (moreover, which was built on manipulated phone calls records) and call it a case.
