jabal not exactly, they're focusing right now on qusayr because it's a route for weapons and fighters smuggling and had a high concentration of fighters. but they were in daraa a week ago, and homs some weeks before that. they're working town after town with a simple but effective tactic: let them concentrate in an area, surround and isolate them, evacuate civilians, and then start the bashing before moving on to the next spot.
