i personally think the general amnesty was a mistake, responsibilities should have been taken, or made to be taken, by those who caused the civil war and committed war crimes. joumblat for instance, i dont think anyone forgot about the massacre of 5000 christians in 3 days, and deportation of 100,000 more from the chouf... i would go there if i were you

how easily you swap the order of events. rockets falling on hermel came before HA's decision to intervene. if anything, HA's intervention in syria is a consequence of these attacks, not the other way around. (also kidnapping pilgrims and attacking border villages)
