Shutting of turkey's supply doesnt mean shutting off all the flow through turkish pipelines... see Ukraine. Ukraine supply has stopped but Ukraine cant divert other gas otherwise they are in breach of international trade! Russia and Turkey have agreed to build a new gas pipe line to supply Europe and Asia... Russia has now just threatened to stop!
