2013?!?!? hahaha you must be joking.. lebanon in all likelihood would be at civil war come 2013 unless hizbustan gives up its weapons (highly unlikely), unfortunately there will be new lebanon(s) by 2013, one in the north for sure. The rules of the game are changing fast, monopoly on weapons will be history and everyone will be armed by 2013.
