السعودية تتصل بسليمان شاكرة مواقفه

تلقى رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان، الخميس، اتصالاً من الرياض لشكره على موقفه الذي ثمّن خلاله دور المملكة العربية السعودية في مساعدة لبنان، وفق ما أفادت المعلومات الصحافية.
ونقلت صحيفة "الجمهورية"، الجمعة، عن مصادر سليمان تأكيدها أن الأخير "لم يتّخذ موقفه انحيازاً إلى محور في المنطقة، وإنّما دفاعاً عن مصالح لبنان، نظراً إلى ما تقدّمه السعودية من دعم للدولة اللبنانية، سواءٌ على الصعيد النقدي، أو على صعيد الإستثمارات، أو على صعيد رعاية اللبنانيين على أراضي المملكة".
يُذكر أن سليمان اعلن في كلمة القاها في خلال افتتاح مؤتمر "الحوار: الحقيقة والديموقراطية" في انطش جبيل، الاربعاء، انه "لا يجوز افساد العلاقات التاريخية مع السعودية عن طريق توجيه التهم اليها جزافا".
وكان قد أعلن الأمين العام لـ"حزب الله" السيد حسن نصرالله، الثلاثاء أن الحزب يصدق تماما وقوف السعودية وراء تفجير السفارة الإيرانية في بئر حسن عبر كتائب "عبدالله بن عزام" المرتبطة بالقاعدة.
وفي سياق متصل كشفت الصحيفة ان السفير السعودي في لبنان علي عواض عسيري الذي غادر أواخر تشرين الثاني الفائت الى الرياض، لأسباب شخصية على أن يعود بعدها الى بيروت، سيبقى في السعودية حتى إشعار آخر.
