سليمان يرفض التدخلات الخارجية "تحت أي ذريعة": السلاح يتحول أداة للصراع الأهلي

رفض رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان مشاريع التدخلات الخارجية تحت أي ذريعة، مشيرا إلى أن السلاح "الخارج عن الدولة" يتحول صراعا عليها ويجب مقاربته بالحوار.
وقال سليمان في حقال إزاحة الستارة عن نصب تذكارية لرؤساء الجمهورية الذين تعاقبوا على الرئاسة منذ الاستقلال وحتى اليوم في ساحة سراي بعبدا عصر السبت "مشكلة الهوية استدرجت تدخلات خارجية لم تكن سوف نتيجة للإخفاق في الوطنية اللبنانية".
وشرح أن الإنتفاضات الداخلية "انقلبت إلى أزمات إقليمية لذلك فإن صحوة الهويات الدينية المهيمنة على الهوية اللبنانية هي وصفة جاهزة لحروب دائمة".
عليه شدد سليمان على أن "استقرار لبنان قاعدته عقد وطني حر يؤمن الشراكة السياسية ويفتح تحو تطوير اتفاق الطائف نحو دولة مدنية حديثة".
وإذ لفت إلى أن حياد لبنان الإيجابي عن المحاور أو تحييده عن الصراعات تترجم بالإنحياز إلى العرب إذا اتفقوا وعدمه إذا اختلفوا" قائلا أنه "كلما حاد اللبنانيون عن التحييد انفجرت البراكين الكامنة منذ 1958 حتى اليوم".
وتابع "لا يجوز تحت ذريعة اي قضية داخلية تشريع الابواب أمام تدخلات خارجية" جازما أن التوترات الداخلية "تأتي من ازدواجية السيادة وإمرة السلاح على الأرض الواحدة".
وأوضح قائلا أن "أي سلاح خارج منظومة الدولة يتحول جزءا من الصراع على الدولة ويتحول أداة للصراع الأهلي".
إلا أن سلمان تابع أن هذا الأمر "لا يمنع من الإفتخار بقضية تحرير أرضنا عام 200" مشيرا إلى أنه "يجب مقاربة السلاح من منطق الحوار بعيدا من سياسات العزل والإتهامات".
إلى ذلك دعا سليمان إلى انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية في الموعد المحدد قائلا "مع اقتراب موعد الإستحقاق الرئاسي أدعو القيادات إلى عدم التنكر للواجب والوكالة الممنوحة للشعب لتجنب الوقوع في خطر الفراغ الرئاسي لأن تجربتي 1988 و2007 أوضحتا أن الفراغ السياسي يؤدي إلى التدهور الأمني والإقتصادي".
وأيد سليمان مبدأ الرئيس القوي، مستدركا "الرئيس العتيد يريده الشعب قويا بقوة الدستور وأظهرت التجربة التاريخية أن الوطن لا يحتمل الخيارات القصوى ويتطلب الإعتدال على كافة مستويات الحكم".
وإذ لفت إلى أن "التطوير من داخل المؤسسات أجدى من التغيير خارج المؤسسات الدستورية" شرح أن "التوافق لا يجب أن يكون سليل المحاصصة ولا يجب أن يؤدي إلى اجتياح قوى الأمر الواقع أسس الدولة".
يذكر أن ولاية سليمان تنتهي مطلع حزيران الماضي وسط تخوف من فراغ في موقع رئاسة الجمهورية بعد آخر مماثل في مجلسي الوزراء والنواب.

Religious identities were never dormant as they are coded into the Lebanese constitution. A modern civil state requires modern laws, an educated citizenry that appreciate and abide by these laws, and a strong state to enforce them. Laws have to be fair in that they don't favor a certain religion or political alliance.
