تأجيل موعد محاكمة المتهمين باغتيال الحريري إلى 16 كانون الثاني

أجلت المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان محاكمة المتهمين الأربعة باغتيال رئيس الحكومة الأسبق رفيق الحريري إلى 16 كانون الثاني بدلا من الثالث عشر منه.
وجاء في بيان صادر عن المحكمة تلقى "نهارنت" نسخة منه مساء الثلاثاء "عيّنت غرفة الدرجة الأولى في المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان موعد بدء المحاكمة في قضية عيّاش وآخرين في يوم الخميس الموافق 16 كانون الثاني 2014".
وأوضح البيان أنه "قد اتُّخذ هذا القرار بعد التشاور مع الفرقاء في القضية في أثناء الجلسة العلنية الأخيرة لغرفة الدرجة الأولى".
وأعلنت غرفة الدرجة الأولى أيضًا أنّها ستعقد جلسة قبيل المحاكمة، وذلك في الساعة 10:30 بتوقيت وسط أوروبا (11.30 بتوقيت بيروت) في يوم الخميس الموافق 9 كانون الثاني 2014".
في الثاني من الشهر الثاني ناقشت غرفة الدرجة الأولى مع الأطراف المشاركة في جلسة علينة "تأجيل موعد بدء المحاكمة إذ تبين ان 13 كانون الثاني 2014 هو يوم عطلة دينية بلبنان" كما أفادت المحكمة.
وطلب الإدعاء تأجيل بدء المحاكمة ليوم واحد فقط لتبدأ يوم الثلثاء 14 كانون الثاني وتستمر يومي الأربعاء و الخميس لتستكمل في الأسبوع التالي.
من جهتهم اقترح محامو الدفاع بدء المحاكمة في 20 كانون الثاني ولكنهم وافقوا بعد ذلك على اقتراح الادعاء.
أما ممثلي حقوق المتضررين طلبوا الإبقاء على 13 كانون الثاني موعدا لبدء المحاكمة اذ ان بعض المتضررين قد اكملوا ترتيبات سفرهم الى هولندا.
والمتهمون الاربعة الذين ستبدأ محاكمتهم هم سليم جميل عياش ومصطفى أمين بدر الدين، وهما مسؤولان عسكريان في حزب الله، اضافة الى العنصرين الامنيين حسين عنيسي وأسد صبرا.
وكانت المحكمة وجهت في العاشر من تشرين الاول الماضي اتهاما الى شخص خامس هو حسن مرعي الذي ينتمي إلى حزب الله.
الا ان قضية مرعي غير مشمولة في بدء المحاكمة المقررة الشهر المقبل "لان ملفه ما زال امام قاضي الاجراءات التمهيدية، ولم ينقل الى محكمة الدرجة الاولى"، بحسب ما افاد المكتب الاعلامي للمحكمة وكالة "فرانس برس".
واوضح المكتب الاعلامي ان "الموعد الموقت لبدء المحاكمة كان محددا في 13 كانون الثاني، الا ان المحكمة ارتأت ارجاءه لمصادفته يوم عطلة رسمية في لبنان، وذلك رغبة منها في افساح المجال للرأي العام والاعلام اللبنانيين لتغطية ومتابعة اجراءات المحاكمة".

For sure everyone aligned with the STL will believe in its outcome and all others will discredit it. The outcome will not sway public opinion in Lebanon simply because politics, political affiliation and eliminating the other is above all else in Lebanon. One thing no one will be able to influence is, the court findings and decisions nor can they question the truth off its verdict. The justice system and the science behind the evidence will be irrefutable, but again, it will not make a difference because the truth is not important to Lebanese.

Can't believe to this day this man called Hassan Nasrallah still on the loose, and directing the policy of the country at gunpoint ! Had a government prominent politician in the basij country been executed, the way Hariri was , no money , no time would have been wasted, no countless scientific forensic evidence collected : He would have been hanging down the rope within a week ! But of course, in our beloved country this could have never happened…..The serial killers are from the same side, the victims too..Except that recently the contract killers of the hizb started getting the taste of their own methods! Hope this continues!

Well, the tribunal started the day Hassan Nasrallah started defending himself and his terrorist group before anyone accused him of anything.
He's on trial whether he likes it or not. In fact, he will appear on TV to defend his assassins as soon as a sentence in absentia is pronounced with PROOF.
