الحريري "قد يتوجه الى لاهاي لتقديم شهادته" للمحكمة الدولية

من المتوقع أن ينتقل رئيس "تيار المستقبل" سعد الحريري الى لاهاي لتقديم شهادته "شخصياً" أمام المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان، وفق ما كشفته المعلومات الصحافية، الاحد.
فقد أفادت صحيفة "الرياض" السعودية، نقلاً عن نائب في قوى 14 آذار، أنه ومع بدء المحاكمات الرسمية بقضية اغتيال رئيس الحكومة الاسبق رفيق الحريري من قبل غرفة الدرجة الأولى لدى المحكمة الدولية برئاسة القاضي دايفيد راي في لاهاي-هولندا، فإن الحريري "قد ينتقل شخصياً الى هولندا لتقديم شهادته".
يُذكر أن المحكمة الدولية، أعلنت الثلاثاء الفائت أن غرفة الدرجة الأولى في المحكمة عيّنت موعد بدء المحاكمة في قضية سليم عيّاش وآخرين في يوم الخميس الموافق 16 كانون الثاني 2014.
ولفتت الى أن القرار اتّخذ بعد التشاور مع الفرقاء في القضية في أثناء الجلسة العلنية الأخيرة لغرفة الدرجة الأولى.
وصدق قاضي الإجراءات التمهيدية لدى المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان، في تشرين الاول، قرار اتّهام بحقّ حسن حبيب مرعي المتّهم بتورّطه في اعتداء 14 شباط 2005 في بيروت. وأُرسل إلى السلطات اللبنانية قرار الاتهام المصدّق ومذكرة توقيف بصفة سريّة في 6 آب، لتتمكّن هذه السلطات من البحث عن المتّهم، وتوقيفه، ونقله إلى عهدة المحكمة.
وأُعطيت السلطات اللبنانية مهلة 30 يوماً تقويمياً لتنفيذ هذا الالتزام والإبلاغ عن جهودها في موعد أقصاه 5 أيلول 2013.
وكانت المحكمة قد أصدرت قرار اتهام بحق أربعة أفراد آخرين لدورهم المزعوم في اغتيال الحريري وهؤلاء هم: سليم جميل عيّاش، ومصطفى أمين بدر الدين، وحسين حسن عنيسي، وأسد حسن صبرا.
