الراعي يدعو لإتخاذ "خطوات جريئة" وللاستعداد للاستحقاق الرئاسي

توجه البطريرك المارووني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي، الى المسؤولين السياسيين داعياً اياهم الى اتخاذ "الخطوات الجريئة" لإخراج لبنان من أزمته، وحثهم على "العمل الجدي لإعداد الاستحقاق الرئاسي".
وفي عظة قداس الاحد الذي ترأسه الراعي في بكركي، توجه الى المسؤولين السياسيين "ذوي الإرادة والنوايا الحسنة" داعياً اياهم الى "اتخاذ خطوات جريئة وبطولية لإخراج لبنان من أزمته السياسية أولا بتأليف حكومة جديدة، جديرة وقادرة، اليوم قبل الغد، وبإقرار قانون جديد للانتخابات يكون على قياس خير الوطن والمواطنين".
وأضاف: "لا تخافوا من العمل الجدي والسعي الدؤوب، داخلياً وإقليمياً ودولياً، لإعداد الاستحقاق الرئاسي بإجراء انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية في موعده الدستوري( اذ تنتهي ولاية رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان في ايار 2014)، وبالبحث معا عن شخصية الرئيس الملائم للحقبة الزمنية التي نعيشها".
من جهة أخرى، لفت الراعي الى معاناة الشعوب في الشرق الاوسط، قائلاً: "يا لعار المسؤولين في بلدان هذا الشرق، ويا لهول جرائمهم وجرائم الذين، من مختلف الدول، شرقا وغربا، يخططون للحروب، ويحرضون عليها، ويمولون محاربيها بالمال، ويمدونهم بالسلاح، ويقهرون الشعوب ويرمونها فريسة الجوع والبرد والتشريد، لاجئين ونازحين ومهجرين".
واعتبر أن هذا الامر هو "وصمة عار في جبين التاريخ، وعلى جبين الأسرة العربية، وعلى جبين الأسرة الدولية. إنه الضمير الميت".
الا أنه حيّى في الوقت عينه "المبادرات الأخوية والإنسانية، تجاه الإخوة النازحين"، معرباً عن أسفه "لعدم مبالاة الدول الكبيرة والغنية والقادرة بهذه الضحايا البريئة، وبدل أن تفي هذه الدول بالتزاماتها، فإن قادتها يغسلون أيديهم من مسؤولياتهم".
يُذكر أنه ومنذ آذار 2011، وقت اندلعت الازمة السورية قتل وهُجّر ونزح آلاف المواطنين، وأكثر السوريين لجأوا الى لبنان حيث تخطى عددهم الـ800 الف نازح مسجل وفق المفوضية العليا لشؤون النازحين، في حين ان قدرة لبنان على مساعدتهم هي ضئيلة جدا.

FT aka Roar at least be a man and admit you are happy they froze to death fighting the Syrians. If you're going to say something at least stick to it, I know the concept of being a man eludes you but maybe you can get educated on this site regarding manhood. You are like a snake in the grass, you pretend to be a cool Hizby but once someone scratches the surface your true colors come out. You are an alien and a foreigner to the Lebanese, you are more Syrian/Iranian than Lebanese you should be ashamed of yourself, these young men were dying so that we can still have a country called Lebanon.

Roar I genuinely agree with your comment with regards to the LF and the Syrians. I'm not a fan of either Geagea or the LF but there is no denying he was punished by the regime. Can you please explain how the Syrians helped the LF on their soil? Cheers.

Roar Kataeb/ LF are Bachir's school. Down twist facts please, it was a dirty war, dirty things happened, but our belief is and has always been the same. God/ Country/ Family. Very simple, very clear.

If he knew that the party you support is accussed of assasinating some of Lebanons finest men what would he have said.

I'm actually a Melbourne Boy. I grew up
In Melbourne. I've been here 95% of my life. We went back to Leb for a while but my patents decided it wasn't the right place to raise their children. Our history seems very similar with regards to the whole Kataeb and grandparents thing. My grandad was very close to the Gemayel family. I know what you mean about Sydney though... I'm there a day or 2 a week for work. It's a nightmare! Lol.
