سلام: الحكومة ستكون "مرحلية" و"ستسهل التوافق على رئيس للجمهورية"

أوضح الرئيس المكلف تشكيل الحكومة تمام سلام أن الحكومة العتيدة ستكون "مرحلية" وتعمل على "تسهيل التوافق على انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية".
وفي حديث الى صحيفة "السفير"، الجمعة، أوضح سلام ان الحكومة الجديدة "ستكون مرحلية بطبيعتها، لأنها ستمهد للاستحقاق الرئاسي وستتغير بعد إتمامه".
وتابع أن دورها الاساسي سيكون "تسهيل التوافق على انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية"، مشيراً "لذلك سنعطي فسحة بسيطة بعد للاطراف السياسية للتوافق على تشكيل الحكومة التي تخرج البلد من المأزق القائم، لأن الانتظار أكثر صار مضرا بمصلحة البلد".
ولفت سلام الى أن "هناك الكثير من الاسئلة حول طبيعة الحكومة واحتمال نيلها الثقة النيابية أو لا، ومرحلة ما بعد التشكيل وكيف ستحكم، والاجوبة على ذلك تتبلور بعد عودة رئيس الجمهورية من إجازته، وفي ضوء الاتصالات التي نجريها".
يشار الى أن ولاية سليمان تنتهي في أيار 2014، وحتى الآن، لا يزال غير واضح مصير الانتخابات الرئاسية، خصوصاً في ظل رفض سليمان التمديد لولايته.
الى ذلك، أكدت مصادر لـ"السفير"، أن "أي تسوية حول تشكيل الحكومة يجب ان تتم خلال أيام قليلة، وبعدها سيكون رئيس الجمهورية والرئيس المكلف مضطرين الى اتخاذ القرار المناسب بعيدا عن حسابات أي طرف".
واعتبرت أنه "لا يمكن تحقيق الاستقرار إلا بتشكيل حكومة متوازنة ومقبولة، ومن الافضل للاطراف السياسية الموافقة على هذا التوجه للخروج من المأزق الذي يحكم الطوق على رقاب الجميع".
يُذكر أنه وبعد استقالة حكومة نجيب ميقاتي في آذار الفائت، تم تكليف سلام تشكيل حكومة جديدة الا أن جهوده لم تنجح في ذلك، وتعهد الاستقالة بحال استقالة اي مكون من مكونات الحكومة. وفي حين تطالب قوى 14 آذار بحكومة حيادية تريد 8 آذار حكومة سياسية وقال رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط أنه "لن يصوت على حكومة من لون واحد".

This Tech. government is just temporary just till the presidential elections PLUS its Neutral !!! Its TEMPORARY, just enough to hold the house together till the next consensus government.

The Saudi-GCC Wahhabi plans are coming to fruition throughout the middle east and beyond. The Iraqi cities of Fallujah and Ramadi are now Qaeda strongholds while Iraq is besieged by violence.
