ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على الموقوف الفلسطيني نعيم عباس و20 شخصاً آخرن بجرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي مسلح.
وطال الادعاء الى جانب عباس، 20 شخصاً بينهم اربعة موقوفين، وذلك بجرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي والقيام بأعمال ارهابية، فضلاً عن احضار سيارات مفخخة من سوريا الى لبنان.
ووفق اذاعة "صوت لبنان" (100.5)، فإن صقر ادعى على نعيم عباس في تفجيري حارة حريك.
وكانت قد أوقفت مخابرات الجيش اللبناني منتصف الجاري عباس في منطقة كورنيش المزرعة وهو ينتمي إلى "كتائب عبد الله عزام".
ودفعت اعترافاته إلى ضبط سيارة مفخخة بداخلها ثلاث نساء على طريق اللبوة عرسال ودهم مستودعات في الدبية والسعديات ومصادرة صواريخ ومتفجرات وهويات مزورة.

Jamil el Sayyed innocent ?
He's guilty of countless crimes and a traitor to the nation of Lebanon (a country which you have no respect for).

OK, great, now that these people have been found guilty, OK, give them more trial appearances, but once their guilt has been proven, for God's sake hang them!! because if you don't hang them, they will find ways to jailbreak and return back to cause more deaths and destruction, so why wait, get rid of them!!
