توقيف رئيس إحدى أكبر عصابات الخطف في الشروانة وضبط تسع سيارات في عرسال

أوقف الجيش السبت رئيس إحدى أكبر عصابات الخطف في البقاع علي خضر جعفر المعروف بـ"علي الشعار" في حي الشروانة بمدينة بعلبك استكمالا للخطة الأمنية التي ينفذها مع قوى الأمن التي أعلنت بدروها ضبط تسع سيارات في عرسال.
وفي بيان لقيادة الجيش بعد ظهر السبت، أوضحت أن قواتها تمكنت "من مداهمة وتوقيف أحد اخطر المطلوبين المدعو علي خضر جعفر المعروف بعلي الشعار الذي إرتبط إسمه بالكثير من عمليات الخطف، والإعتداء على القوى الأمنية".
وكشف الجيش أن الشعار اشترك "مع عصابتي الموقوفين عباس جعفر وعلي المصري في خطف لبنانيين وخليجيين بقوة السلاح، والإفراج عنهم مقابل فدية مالية".
كذلك شارك "مع عصابة عباس جعفر في الإعتداء على دورية للجيش في رياق في 13/4/2009 والذي أدى إلى استشهاد أربعة عسكريين وإصابة ضابط بجروح بليغة".
ومن ضمن جرائم الشعار اعتداءان "استهدفا دوريات لقوى لقوى الأمن الداخلي في بعلبك، حيث استشهد بنتيجتهما عدد من العسكريين".
كما أنه مطلوب بعشرات مذكرات التوقيف بجرم انتمائه إلى عصابة ترويج مخدرات واطلاق نار من اسلحة خفيفة ومتوسطة وصادرة بحقه عدة وثائق وخلاصات أحكام من النيابات العامة، بحسب البيان عينه.
ومنذ صباح السبت أحكم الجيش الطوق حول حي الشراونة ف من جميع الاتجاهات، وفق ما أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام"، تمهيدا لتنفيذ حملة دهم المطلوبين في الحي.
من جهتها، أفادت اذاعة "صوت لبنان" (93.3)، ان الجيش اتخذ من بعض المنازل العسكرية مركزا لانطلاق عمليات الدهم.
وفي بيان بعد ظهر السبت، أعلنت قوى الأمن أن فصيلة درك عرسال تمكنت "من ضبط تسع سيارات، ستٌ منها مسروقة وثلاث دون قيود".
وأعلن البيان أنه "تنفيذاً للخطة الأمنية في البقاع، تواصل القطعات العملانية في قوى الأمن الداخلي، بإقامة الحواجز ودهم الأمكنة المشبوهة بحثا عن المطلوبين للقضاء والسيارات المسروقة".
ولاحقا أعلن الجيش في بيان ثان أنه تم توقيف المدعو (ح.ع) في مشغرة – البقاع لإقدامه على إطلاق النار وإصابة أحد الأشخاص وقيامه بعمليات سرقة والتجول دون أوراق ثبوتية.
وفي محلة مكسة – زحلة أوقفت قوة من الجيش "المدعو (ش.ش) لإقدامه برفقة آخرين على قطع طريق مكسة والتعرّض للعابرين".
كما أوقفت دورية من الجيش في منطقة عرسال السوري عبد النبي رومية "للإشتباه بانتمائه إلى جماعات إرهابية" على ما يقول بيان الجيش.
وانطلقت الخطة الامنية في البقاع ظهر الخميس حيث باشر الجيش حملة مداهمات لبلدتي بريتال وحورتعلا بحثا عن مطلوبين.
وتأتي هذه الخطة الامنية في البقاع بعدما نفذ الجيش خطة في طرابلس مطلع الشهر حيث بسط سلطته على مناطق النزاع فأزال الدشم وقام بمداهمات للقبض على مطلوبين.

It is amazing how efficient the lebanese can be when they decide to put their mind to it.
All the lawlessness we had before was because of the lack of political will. Now HA got a slap on the hand from takfiris and it accepted to cooperate, while Saad saw that evil assad is loosing so he also accepted to cooperate.
I hope both's ego stay small and they keep cooperating.

Oh yes I heard about that. According to my friends who live there corruption is rampant as well as kidnappings where the Lebanese are targeted. One of my friend's cousin was assaulted at his home and was killed in front of his wife and kids

I command you for your love of Lebanon. I love it too in fact the reason I come back is precisely because of all the best Lebanon offered then. So I come back here with the beautiful Lebanon in mind but when I get here the sad reality sinks in and all I see are deceit, etc..... it saddens me a lot to the point where I rather not see it that way and keep in my memory t./he beautiful Lebanon during its glory days. As for Lebanon getting better it will some time but it will be along process and if and when it does I will probably will be old senile with a cane and denture and/or a walker...lol

Under the circumstances, the army's direct engagement is crucially needed and a welcome lost friend until Lebanon goes on the path of normalization. Having said that, death sentence. I would also extend my severe punishment to anyone remotely implicated with this garbage. Lebanon now needs "a one man strong leader" who has the courage, direction, purpose and vision to take out the garbage both local and foreign and bring their Lebanese counterpart puppets to their knees.
