تستعد الدفعة الاخيرة من مقاتلي المعارضة والمدنيين المتبقين في الاحياء المحاصرة في مدينة حمص، لمغادرتها الخميس، بحسب ما افاد المحافظ طلال البرازي وكالة فرانس برس، في المرحلة الاخيرة من الاتفاق مع النظام الذي اشرفت عليه الامم المتحدة.
وقال البرازي "تستعد الدفعة الثالثة والاخيرة من المسلحين للخروج من حمص القديمة"، مشيرا الى انه "بدءا من ظهر اليوم (0900 ت غ)، خرجت دفعتان من المسلحين، وبلغ عدد الخارجين الخميس 200 مسلح".
واوضح ان الدفعة الاخيرة تضم 500 شخص.
واضاف ان خروج المقاتلين "تم في جو ايجابي"، وان العدد الاجمالي "كان اكثر من المتوقع".
وكان المحافظ افاد فرانس برس ليل الاربعاء الخميس ان عدد الذين خرجوا من الاحياء المحاصرة الاربعاء وصل الى 980 شخصا، مقدرا عدد الباقين بين 300 و400 شخص.
وبدأت الاربعاء عملية خروج المقاتلين والمدنيين المتبقين في الاحياء المحاصرة وسط حمص، بموجب اتفاق بين نظام الرئيس بشار الاسد ومقاتلي المعارضة اشرفت عليه الامم المتحدة.
واتاح الاتفاق خروج المقاتلين بأسلحتهم الفردية، في مقابل دخول مساعدات الى بلدتي نبل والزهراء في ريف حلب (شمال)، واللتين يحاصرهما مقاتلون معارضون، اضافة الى الافراج عن معتقلين لدى هؤلاء.
وقال البرازي ان "كل اتفاق او تسوية او مصالحة يفضي الى نتائج ايجابية، ومن هذه النتائج الكبيرة التي تحققت اليوم (الاربعاء) هو اخلاء سبيل العشرات من المخطوفين"، مشيرا الى ان عدد هؤلاء قارب السبعين "وتمت عودتهم الى ذويهم في حلب واللاذقية (غرب) وفي مناطق اخرى".
ومن المقرر ان تدخل القوات النظامية السورية الى احياء وسط حمص بعد اكتمال عملية خروج المقاتلين والمدنيين. وبذلك، ومع خروج المقاتلين من احياء وسط حمص، يكون النظام السوري قد استعاد غالبية احياء ثالث كبرى مدن البلاد، باستثناء حي الوعر الذي يقطنه عشرات الآلاف من الاشخاص، بينهم عدد كبير من النازحين من أحياء اخرى في حمص.
وردا على سؤال حول عدم شمول الوعر في الاتفاق الحالي، قال البرازي ان الحي "مخطوف. فيه 300 الف نسمة من المدنيين البعض منهم يدخل ويخرج كل يوم"، متحدثا عن "صعوبة في انسياب المواد الغذائية والاغاثية للوعر".
واضاف "انا متفائل بانه في اسابيع قليلة سنعلن عن تفاهمات ومصالحات جديدة في منطقة الوعر"، معربا عن اعتقاده ان التفاوض حوله سيكون "أسهل من المدينة القديمة".
وتعد مدينة حمص ذات رمزية كبيرة في الاحتجاجات ضد النظام السوري، وشهدت العديد من التظاهرات ضده منذ منتصف آذار 2011. واستعاد النظام غالبية احياء المدينة عبر حملات عسكرية، ما ادى الى دمار كبير ومقتل نحو 2200 شخص منذ بدء حصار الاحياء القديمة في حزيران 2012، بحسب المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان.
وعن تفاصيل الإتفاق، قال متحدث باسم "الجبهة الاسلامية" لوكالة فرانس برس عبر الانترنت "الاتفاق تضمن الافراج عن 30 اسيرا عسكريا وضابط في حلب، اضافة الى امرأة ايرانية".
واضاف الناطق باسم هذا التشكيل الذي يعد من ابرز التنظيمات المقاتلة ضد النظام السوري، ان الاتفاق شمل ايضا "اطلاق 40 مدنيا اسيرا من الطائفية العلوية في ريف اللاذقية (غرب) كانوا اسرى لدى +داعش+ (تنظيم "الدولة الاسلامية في العراق والشام) تركتهم بعد خروجها من المنطقة".
وقال ناشطون ان الاسرى الاربعين هم من النساء والاطفال. وبحسب المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان، فقد افرج الاربعاء عن 15 منهم بينهم 12 طفلا، اضافة الى 25 آخرين الخميس.
وخطف هؤلاء خلال آب الماضي اثر هجوم للمقاتلين على قرى علوية في ريف محافظة اللاذقية الساحلية، التي تعد معقلا اساسيا لنظام الرئيس بشار الاسد.
وما زال مصير ستين امرأة وطفلة فقدوا خلال تلك الفترة، مجهولا.
واكد المتحدث ان الاتفاق شمل ايضا ادخال مساعدات الى بلدتي نبل والزهراء الشيعيتين في ريف حلب (شمال)، واللتين يحاصرهما مقاتلون معارضون.

on the other hand I am not sure you will agree with me on that one but I view the Syrian crisis as lasting for a while. While I do not support Bashar as the ruler of Syria I certainly prefer him over the other scary and barbaric alternative.
I equate Syria and Lebanon in the sense that both countries keep leaders from the old guard with blood on their hands and a dark history, No chance is given to the new blood and the better educated. This is the Middle east bro
