حزب الله لـ"14 آذار": المرشح الإستفزازي قرار بالفراغ

أعلن حزب الله الأحد أنه على الرئيس الجديد للجمهورية أن يكون "على وفاق" مع المقاومة، جازما أن المرشح "الإستفزازي" الذي تطرحه قوى "14 آذار" هو قرار بالفراغ في سدة الرئاسة.
وأكد نائب رئيس المجلس التنفيذي في الحزب الشيخ نبيل قاووق في احتفال تأبيني في حسينية بلدة كفرا الجنوبية الأحد "أننا نصر ونتمسك برئيس يؤتمن على الثوابت والمصالح والإنجازات الوطنية، على خلاف فريق 14 آذار الذي ينتظر الفرصة من أجل الإنقلاب على المعادلات السياسية الداخلية".
وإذ شدد على أن "الإصرار على مرشح استفزازي من 14 آذار هو قرار بالفراغ الرئاسي" لفت قاووق إلى أن "فريق 14 آذار يصر على مرشح استفزازي لأنهم إذا أرادوا أن يسحبوا ترشيحهم لهذا المرشح، فإنهم يخافون من تشتت فريقهم السياسي".
يذكر أن قوى "14 آذار" تتمسك حتى الآن بترشيح رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع الذي نال في الجلسة الأولى للإنتخاب على 48 صوتا مقابل 16 صوتا للنائب هنري حلو. وقوى "8 آذار" التي صوت عدد من نوابها بإثنين وخمسون ورقة بيضاء عطّلت الجلستين التاليتين ولم تؤمن النصاب إلى حين تأمين "التوافق" على الرئيس.
في المقابل، بحسب قاووق "فإنهم (14 آذار) عندما يسحبون مرشحهم الإستفزازي، يفتحون بذلك الأبواب أمام التوافق على رئيس يؤتمن على الثوابت الوطنية".
وإذ شدد على "إن الإستحقاق الرئاسي هو مسؤولية وطنية تاريخية، وموقفنا منه هو التمسك برئيس قوي يؤتمن على الثوابت الوطنية" ختم المسؤول في حزب الله بالتأكيد أن "هذا الموقف ليس قابلا للمساومة وليس هو للاستفزاز أو من أجل استدراج العروض".
أما عضو كتلة "الوفاء للمقاومة" النائب نواف الموسوي فقال خلال حفل تربوي بالنبطية الأحد "ينبغي للمرشح للرئاسة ان يكون قادرا على توحيد اللبنانيين لا أن يكون مجرد ترشيحه سببا في إنقسامهم وسببا في تضييع الوحدة الوطنية".
وأضاف "على أي مرشح لرئاسة الجمهورية ان يجيب في برنامجه عن خطته لتحرير ما تبقى محتلا من الأراضي اللبنانية ، وعن خطته للحفاظ على الثروات الطبيعية اللبنانية ، وخطته للدفاع عن لبنان في مواجهة العدوان والتهديدات الإسرائيلية".
عليه شدد الموسوي على أنه "من الطبيعي لأي مرشح لرئاسة الجمهورية أن يكون على وفاق مع المقاومة التي لولاها لما تحررت الأرض ولما تحرر الشعب".
هذا ودعا رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري إلى جلسة رابعة للإنتخاب الأربعاء المقبل، وتكون قانونيا بحسب بري "دورة ثانية" يفوز فيها الرئيس بـ65 صوتا فقط. لكن الأجواء السياسية لا توحي حتى اللحظة بتأمين النصاب أي 86 نائبا.

If Syria is so brotherly to the HA Resistance, then where is the Syrian Resistance to free the Golan? Why Assad does not have besides his Army a Resistance to free the Golan Heights? Qaouq Keep Lying on the Shi3a that you care so much about Lebanon, the fact of that matter you need to disarm your militia and GeaGea is the only one to do it nicely or forcefully because you only understand the car bomb assassinations way when it comes to negotiation.

Enough said.. roughly translated we have no intention of ever handing over our weapons and we are the only authority of the land and any president must " be in harmony" with us because we consider ourselves above the law. Any truly strong leader such as Geagea would be to the detriment to our " holier than thou" position and threatens to expose our monopoly as if it wasn't clear to everyone as yet. We are also closet environmentalists who love the greenery a lot and prefer some one to build us a park rather than call us out on our many wrong doings.

I have read this post many times and every time i read it I see more language of them saying to lebanon get stuffed we are the only ones that matter and you must pamper to our needs. LF handed in their weapons at an arguably more dangerous juncture than we are faced with today to pursue diplomatic means as Geagea rightly identified that a militia and a political party cannot coexist. So my question to M8 is given the above have you ever asked yourself why HA finds it so difficult in a time of relative peace to do the same? Sure Palestine Gotland Israel etc etc however all these excuses/reasons require diplomatic efforts not military ones. Also we have now added terrorism oil and gas rights and multiple new causes to justify their existence again all require diplomatic attention not military intervention. These points are not new and are as clear as day yet M8 sheep only live to justify these excuses rather than demonstrate independent thought process.

everything said above is spot on. However, Aoun is the one who gave HA coverage and some legitimacy. He weakened the presidency for his own selfish reasons and divided the Christians first and the Lebanese. In my opinion the blame lies first on Aoun for allowing HA to dominate the lebanese political scene.

You have the nerve to say there is no proof against HA? I am not an investigator, why would I have the proof? Idiot. The STL has sufficient evidence to indict HA members in the murder of Hariri. They also stated that they have evidence against the HA indictees for the murder of Hawi, and attempted murders of Hamadeh, Murr, and Chidiac. If you want to see the evidence, you will have to address the STL.
Another fellow HA member is indicted in the attempted Harb murder. Why would I have the proof of this? I know enough that HA was indicted for involvement. You will have to wait for the trials to see the proof, but since HA are all saints who can't be arrested, maybe there will never be a trial.

Let's not forget that Pierre Gemayel would have been the primary candidate for Presidency for M14.
He was murdered in order to eliminate his chances of becoming a pro-M14 president. Guess who was the prime beneficiary of Pierre's murder? Not only Hezbollah, but also the deserter ex-general, who had his own sights on the chair.

But that's neither here or there my friend. I mean at least can we agree that whether we like it or not Shiaas are Lebanese, and a big part as well according to statistics, and Samir Geagea, wether I worship the man or not, is a divisive figure, even amongst Christians to say the least. So you are starting a presidency that is weak and doomed to fail. I truly believe in the democratic process but the situation on the ground does demand a president that is not divisive. By creating a vacuum you are only strengthening any party that does not want the state to function properly, whoever that party is.

anonymetexasusa it is a valid question in my humble opinion since the whole of Lebanese politics at this time is revolving around the presidency, and if the question is annoying you please take into consideration my simple mind and do me a favor here and copy and paste your and anybody's answer. If not, please ignore it since I'm quite certain you have more important things to do than worry about a stupid question. This is not a provocative reply, I simply don't know what else to say on this forum that does not insult somebody for some reason that I can not fathom. Qaouq, when Lebanon can dictate to Hezbollah who its leader should be, then you can have a say in who Lebanon's President should be.
If only it were this simple. The reality is that Hezbollah is a power on the ground in Lebanon by virtue of its captivity of the Shia voice and its cross confessional alliance with the FPM. So yes, they have a say. But Hezbollah does not hold a majority, it has a share about as large as the Mustaqbel/LF share of Parliamentary votes with Jumblatts PSP holding the balance of power with regard to this election.

In the political game of finding a way to make Jumblatt fall one way or the other, Aoun is stymied as is Geagea by keeping matters local, that is why, unless they both agree to one candidate, they will go regional to get regional backing to push one or the other, but I do not think that the regional players are as keen to the competition as are the locals, so the thing could go to void which serves the regional competition of Sunni v. Shia in which both Geagea and Aoun and all of Lebanon is the loser.
Qaouq can blame M14 and Geagea all he wants, but the truth is that he is doing the same by backing Aoun, but Hezbollah is worse. Whereas Geagea will step aside for a more acceptable candidate, Aoun will not. He insists on his "provocative" candidacy no matter the consequence to Lebanon.
