السعودية "تنصح الجميع بالانتقال إلى مربع المرشحين التوافقيين" في لبنان

شدد وزير الخارجية السعودي سعود الفيصل على تكرار وضع «الفيتو» السعودي على ترشيح رئيس تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ميشال عون لرئاسة الجمهورية.
واكدت مصادر ديبلوماسية لبنانية لصحيفة "السفير" ، ان الفيصل نصح بانتقال الجميع من مربع المرشحين الموارنة الأربعة (عون ورئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية سمير جعجع ورئيس تيار المردة سليمان فرنجية ورئيس حزب الكتائب اللبنانية أمين الجميل) الى مربع المرشحين التوافقيين.
واشارت الى أن فتح الأبواب بين طهران والرياض يمكن أن ينسحب إيجابا على الموضوع الرئاسي اللبناني «لكن ليس في المستقبل القريب».
واضافت المصادر أن الممثل الشخصي للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ديريك بلامبلي زار السعودية غداة زيارة مساعد وزير الخارجية الايراني للشؤون العربية حسين أمير عبد اللهيان لجدة.
هذا واجتمع بلامبلي بالوزير الفيصل، وذلك في إطار استكماله مهمةً كان قد بدأها في كل من نيويورك وواشنطن وباريس.
ويفترض أن يتوّجها بزيارة العاصمة الايرانية، في محاولة لاستكشاف فرص الاستحقاق الرئاسي اللبناني، في ضوء الخرق السعودي ـ الايراني الأخير.
ودخل لبنان في الشغور الرئاسي بعد فشل النواب في انتخاب رئيس جديد ورفض الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان تمديد ولايته والقى خطاب الوداع في 24 أيار. ووفق الدستور فإن الحكومة مجتمعة تتولى صلاحيات رئاسة الجمهورية في حال الفراغ.

Is it denial , ignorance or stupidity? I really wouldn't know , but the result is the same . Can you imagine the foundation of a building is collapsing and the residents are discussing which colour to paint the windows. Lebanon is collapsing and the politicians and most of the people are discussing how to solve the presidency .The foundation of a country is its people , I agree that the population of Lebanon never felt united , but never so polarized ,hopeless ,aimless and full of hatred like nowadays. How to solve it? People,accept your loss , your politicians have betrayed you

Even with your true depiction of KSA, they are displaying more rationality than M8 team by proposing a consensual candidate. But your idols karim are holding on to their stance of us or no one mentality (Bashar style), stepping on all Democratic principles. With all due respect KSA, please refrain from approving or rejecting our candidates (we do not need another Bashar). All we need is for our fellow M8 citizens to practice the Democratic process and head to Parliament to vote for the declared candidates (whether it is the current ones or a consensual one)
