Militia party phoenix? As i recall LF also are a militia. If we are going to talk about militias, you should look around, your own circle. As for the Resistance, they could've have easily taken Lebanon under it's control in 2008 and after, they choosed not to do so, because they want a multi-sect country where we can all prosper, all they do is keeping Israel and takfiris away, but you seem to be very fond of Israel, which i always knew. As for Syria, the resistance were about to get surrounded by Isis and Nusra, had they not intervened in Syria, then the IS flag would be flying over Baabda Palace. Problem with phoenix's arguments are that he starts from the vantage point of Lebanon being a Christian nation, or at least his own idea of Lebanon is - as if that is the end all be all and if we dont accept this vision we are not Lebanese. Seriously dude, spare us the LF propaganda. I'll remind you that before the civil war Muslims were (and still are by many, especially LF members) as somehow less Lebanese or lower class citizens. This was reflected in the 6/5 parliamentary make-up as well as general society. what do you base your "ifs" on? pure assumptions? just what you want to think they "would" do if" this or that? focus on facts, on history. and no it's not the LF stopping anyone from anything, they're just a nuisance on the side.

the last thing the LF did that was of consequence was helping syria to invade lebanon to get rid of aoun.

roar it was never a "dressing down", it was a friendly call for respect. it's rare enough in here to see people who have diverging views and yet still express them with respect, so i believe it is something we should uphold when we see it.
look at the other m14 specimens here, they are constantly insulting and disrespectful and cannot tolerate anyone who doesnt agree with them, and i consider you one who is better than that.
