"التغيير والإصلاح": لرئيس يأتي بإرادة "لبنانية" ووفق الدستور و"الشرعية الشعبية"

دعا تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" الثلاثاء إلى الإعتماد على "العامل اللبناني" لانتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية، مطالبا بسدّ "الخلل القانوني" في قضية هدم الحوض الرابع التابع لمرفأ بيروت.
وفي بيان رسمي صرّح عنه أمين سرّ التكتل النائب ابراهيم كنعان إثر اجتماع في الرابية الثلاثاء، قال الأخير "يجب أن نلتزم جميعا بالعامل اللبناني والإرداة اللبنانية والإمكانية للوصول إلى نتيجة" في قضية الرئاسة.
وشغر منصب الرئاسة الأولى منذ 25 أيار الفائت موعد انتهاء ولاية الرئيس ميشال سليمان، وسط فشل مجلس النواب من انتخاب خلف له في 18 جلسة.
وفي آخر المبادرات التقى مدير دائرة الشرق الاوسط وافريقيا في وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية جان فرنسوا جيرو مع البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي في روما الإثنين وأطلعه على نتائج جولته في بيروت ودول إقليمية ومباحثاته حول هذه الأزمة.
أما داخليا يجري حوار على مستوى القيادات بين التكتل وبين حزب "القوات اللبنانية" من المرتقب أن يصدر عنه ورقة "إعلان نوايا" قريبا قد تمهد للقاء يجمع بين رئيس التيار "الوطني الحر" النائب ميشال عون وبين رئيس "القوات" سمير جعجع.
ورأى كنعان في مؤتمره الصحفي الثلاثاء ان المبادرات الخارجية "لا تستطيع أن تحل مكان اللبنانيين وخاصة المسيحيين".
وأضاف "نحن شركاء في الحوارات القائمة وخاصة الحوار المسيحي المسيحي بين الوطني الحر والقوات اللبنانية".
ولم ينف المسؤولية "مع الشركاء في الوطن"، للوصول "إلى نتيجة تحترم الشرعية الدستورية بكامل بنودها والشرعية الشعبية لتصحيح الخلل المزمن على مستوى النظام والمؤسسات الدستورية والشراكة الإسلامية المسيحية".
من جهة أخرى استعرض التكتل "الدراسات القانونية والجدوى الإقتصادية" بقضية مرفأ بيروت، وتبين معه أن اللجنة المؤقتة "التي تدير بشكل مباشر هذا المرفأ" هي "غير قائمة وغير منتظمة".
وعليه دعا إلى تفعيل عملها لأن ذلك يعني "أن الوضع القانوني للمرفأ يخضع لكل الأصول القانونية ولكل القرارات بما فيها قرارات الردم".
وشرح كنعان أن "المطلوب العودة إلى مجلس الوزراء لتصحيح الخلل القانوني بأن تكون مؤسسة عامة للمرفأ ووضوح كامل في طريقة الإنفاق والتصرف بأملاك الدولة".
إلى ذلك، وإذ جدد المطالبة بتحويل فوري لأموال قطاع الخليوي إلى البلديات، رفض في المقابل تحويلها "بغير وجه حق إلى سوكلين" وشركات النظافة الأخرى.
ودعا الوزارات المعنية بشؤون الناس إلى أن تحترم أمرين "أولا السلطات الإدارية ولا تتجاوزها بعملها وثانيا أن تحترم القوانين أي قانون أطباء أو غيره يجب أن تحترم".
ويغمز كنعان بذلك من قناة وزارة "الصحة" في قضية سوق السمك ببيروت والجدل بين المحافظ زياد شبيب ووزارة الصحة حول إقفاله من عدمه.
وأضاف في هذا السياق "لا يمكن لوزير أن يكون محافظا وقاضيا ودركيا بل هناك سلطات يجب أن تمر عبرها الملفات كي تؤدي إلى نتيجة".
من جهة أخرى وبعد قرار رئيس الجامعة اللبنانية عدنان السيد حسين التراجع عن تعيين مدير مسيحي لكلية إدارة الأعمال في الجامعة اللبنانية بطرابلس إثر ضغوط شعبية، رأى التكتل أن "أن كل تعيين يستوفي الشروط القانونية والأصول في الإختيار والكفاءة لا يجوز أن يخضع لأية مساومة".
وإذ طالب الجامعة "بأن يتم التراجع عن القرار"، رأى أنه "على السياسيين في طرابلس أن يعوا بشكل دقيق خطورة ما يحصل".

FT, last week I told you as I do to a brother, to desist from name-calling people in this forum. This is getting worse by the day with you. In fact, this forum is not about calling our ideological opponents with any kind of name, you ya FT ought to know that this is a forum, people have different views and as such different views must be accepted in good faith and never resorting to such lows as showed by you recently. Mowaten, Southern, Mystic, Cityboy amongst others are people we agree with at times, and at times vehemently disagree with, but pretty much of the time they clearly abstain from your ways. Marcus, Flamethrower is the black sheep of this forum, the most despised person on this forum because of his ridiculous comments. He says things just to say them even when they don't make sense (like his post above). His purpose on this forum is to give the Aouniyeh a voice, and he does a terrible job of doing that. I have an Aouneh friend who's much smarter and knows how to defend Aoun, yet he acknowledges where Aoun screwed up, unlike this moron we simply call Flamey. No matter how much he embarrasses himself, no matter how many arguments he loses, he will be on this site until the day he dies because his only purpose in life is to harass everyone on this site.

It's not him to whom I'm giving a second of my time, it's the forum. I'm giving the forum a second of my time just to make sure Flamey knows where his place is on this forum.
Mystic is a little different. He debates, but his judgement is clouded by his loyalty to Hezbollah, needless to say he's very subjective and his arguments are based on the propaganda he hears from Hezbollah leaders, when in reality the situation behind the scenes is something different.

People like you Mr. Kanaan should stop the circus show, everyone is perfectly aware that this presidential vacuum is caused by your FPM and Hezbollah. Get it clear, Michel Aoun, or better known as the Claoun, or the deserter, or the turbo fan of lies, or the deceiver, the fabricator, the greedy old man, the coward, the rabbit of Rabieh and before that, the Rabbit of Baabda, the man who flees when the going gets tough, the rubber-stamper,....this man will never be president, period and Hezbollah will have to ply and comply to the rules and the Constitution of this country. You guys don't want Geagea? Fine, we can immediately have us a new president if Aoun buckles and muzzles up and allows us to move forward. Enough!!!
