الغرب يواجه مشكلة معاودة الاتصالات بالأسد وفرنسا وبريطانيا ترفضان وجوده في "مستقبل سوريا"

تشهد الدول الغربية جدلا حول معاودة الاتصالات بالرئيس السوري بشار الاسد للتصدي لتنظيم الدولة الاسلامية، في وقت يدخل النزاع السوري في اذار المقبل عامه الخامس على خلفية تهديدات الجهاديين واخفاق محاولات التوصل الى حل.
فللمرة الاولى منذ بدء النزاع في 15 اذار 2011 والذي خلف 220 الف قتيل واكثر من ثلاثة ملايين نازح ولاجىء، اكد وسيط الامم المتحدة ان الرئيس السوري ينبغي ان يكون طرفا في عملية السلام.
وقال ستافان دي ميستورا في منتصف شباط ان "الاسد جزء من الحل" و"ساواصل اجراء محادثات مهمة معه".
لكن هذا الموقف اثار استياء المعارضة السورية التي ترفض فرضية ان استبعاد الرئيس السوري سيصب في صالح "الدولة الاسلامية".
غير ان تصريحات موفد الامم المتحدة فتحت كوة لدى الغربيين الذين اكتفوا الى الان بالدعوة الى تنحي الاسد من دون جدوى.
وهذا الاسبوع، التقى ثلاثة نواب فرنسيين بشار الاسد في دمشق رغم قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين سوريا والعديد من الدول الاوروبية منذ 2012 بما فيها فرنسا.
وقال احد هؤلاء جاك ميار (من المعارضة اليمينة) ان الاسد "هو طرف سيشارك في التسوية السياسية للحرب الاهلية" رغم "ان يديه ملطخة بالدماء".
واورد عضو مجلس الشيوخ، من الوسط، فرنسوا زوكيتو الذي زار دمشق ان الاسد لا يتوقع ان "يبقى معزولا في مواجهة التهديد الارهابي".
وندد الرئيس الاشتراكي فرنسوا هولاند بهذه الزيارة ومثله الرئيس السابق وزعيم المعارضة نيكولا ساركوزي.
وتفضل فرنسا الرسمية المشاركة في التحالف الدولي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة التي تشن منذ اب ضربات جوية منتظمة ومحددة الهدف على الدولة الاسلامية في العراق وسوريا، رغم انها لم تحقق النتائج المرجوة حتى الان.
لا تغيير اذن في الموقف الرسمي سواء في واشنطن او باريس ولندن وبرلين. وكررت الخارجية الاميركية الخميس "كما قلنا دائما، بشار الاسد فقد اي شرعية منذ وقت طويل ولن يكون ابدا شريكا في مكافحة الارهاب".
وفي مقال نشر الجمعة في صحيفتي لوموند الفرنسية والحياة العربية، كرر وزيرا خارجية فرنسا وبريطانيا ان الرئيس السوري "لا يمكنه ان يكون مستقبل سوريا".
وكتب لوران فابيوس وفيليب هاموند ان "بشار يمثل في الوقت نفسه الظلم والفوضى والرعب. ونحن، فرنسا وبريطانيا، نقول لا للثلاثة".
واضافا ان "اقتراح الأسد حلا لمواجهة المتطرفين يعني عدم فهم مسببات التطرف اذ بعد سقوط 220 الف قتيل واضطرار ملايين السوريين إلى النزوح من بيوتهم، من الغباء والسذاجة افتراض أن غالبية السوريين على استعداد للعيش بإرادتهم تحت سيطرة من أحال حياتهم عذابا".
وتابعا انه "سيكون عمْدُنا إلى تحطيم أحلامهم (السوريون) في ان يكون لهم مستقبل افضل من دون الاسد عاملا في تحول مزيد من السوريين الى التطرف ودفع المعتدلين نحو التطرف بدل العكس وتثبيت موطئ قدم الجهاديين في سورية".
واشار وزيرا الخارجية الى "التشكيك الشديد بكل ما يبدو موافقة من الأسد على وقف قصف المدنيين في مناطق حلب (شمال سورية) لمدة ستة أسابيع" الاتفاق الذي توصل دي ميستورا.
وتابعا ان الاسد "لا يكتفي فقط بشن حرب ضد شعبه من القصر الذي يقبع به بل يحاول أيضا تلميع صورته أمام العالم وعبر وسائل الإعلام الغربية يستغل فظائع المتطرفين ليطرح نفسه شريكا لنا في مواجهة فوضى بلاده"، مشيرين الى ان "البعض يميلون الى ذلك على ما يبدو إلى ذلك قائلين إن ظلم الأسد ودكتاتوريته في وجه التطرف أفضل من الفوضى".
لكن بعض الخبراء يرصدون مؤشرات ليونة في الغرب. وفي هذا السياق، قال شاشانك جوشي الباحث في معهد "رويال يونايتد سيرفيزس" البريطاني "اذا قرانا بين السطور، نلاحظ ان تاكيد +وجوب رحيل الاسد+ ذاب في عبارة "ربما ليس عليه الرحيل فورا+".
وفي بريطانيا، يطالب وزير الخارجية الاسبق مالكولم ريفكيند والقائد الاسبق للجيش ريتشارد دانات بسياسة اخرى.
وفي هذه الدول الغربية، فان المطالبة بتغيير السياسات قد تكون مصدرها اجهزة الاستخبارات التي ترى ان التصدي للاسلام المتطرف لا يمكن ان يحصل الا عبر تنسيق وثيق مع الرئيسين السوري والعراقي.
وثمة دول اوروبية اخرى مثل النمسا وهولندا ورومانيا تبقي حدا ادنى من العلاقات مع دمشق.
بدورها، انضمت الكنيسة الكاثوليكية التي تشكل الدولة الاسلامية عدوها المطلق، هذا الاسبوع الى الاصوات المطالبة بتغيير في السياسة، وخصوصا بعدما صدمها خطف الدولة الاسلامية في سوريا 220 مسيحيا اشوريا.
واعلن مؤتمر الاساقفة في فرنسا في بيان الجمعة ان من الملح ان يؤخذ اخيرا في "الاعتبار مصير" مسيحيي الشرق "الذين يقتلون بسبب ايمانهم".
وردا على سؤال عن زيارة النواب الفرنسيين لدمشق، لاحظ مسؤول في الفاتيكان لم يشأ كشف هويته ان البابا فرنسيس يدعم "كل ما يمكن ان يسهل الحوار من اجل السلام".
وتدارك ان "هذا الامر يجب ان يحصل اولا على مستوى المنظمات الدولية لا ان يكون صنيعة بعض البرلمانيين المنفردين".
