ملف سماحة بات "منفصلاً" عن قضية مملوك

وافق القضاء على فصل ملف النائب والوزير السابق ميشال سماحة عن ملف اللواء السوري علي مملوك بسبب تعذر تبليغه.
فقد اشارت "الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام"، الاثنين، ان "مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر وافق على قرار المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة فصل ملف سماحة عن المدعى عليه علي المملوك".
ويأتي هذا القرار " من اجل السير بالمحاكمة بسبب تعذر ابلاغ المملوك".
وكانت صحيفة "الاخبار" قد نقلت السبت عن مصدر قضائي، قوله انه بموجب هذا القرار، فإن سماحة "سيمثل في 20 نيسان المقبل في جلسة مقررة أمام هيئة المحكمة ليبدأ استجوابه".
يُشار الى ان المحكمة كانت قد أرجأت للمرة الرابعة، ومنذ بدء المحاكمة في حزيران 2013، في كانون الأول الفائت، الجلسة إلى 15 حزيران المقبل.
يُذكر ان سماحة اعترف بالتخطيط لتفجيرات خلال إفطارات خلال شهر رمضان في الشمال بطلب سوري، وذلك بعد توقيفه في التاسع من آب 2012 بمداهمة منزله في الخنشارة عبر قوة من شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي. واظهرت التحقيقات تورط كل من اللواء السوري علي مملوك ومعاونه عدنان (مجهول باقي الهوية) ومستشارة الرئيس السوري بثينة شعبان.

Sad to see the once vibrant FT with his over 5000 posts daily on a slow day sinking deeper and deeper in depression, frustration, despair and catastrophic nervous meltdown, his multiple personality disorder bleeding into this forum multiple IDs. The problem has gotten so critically dangerous he is now signing up to a fresh new ID with every post. He is even incorporating some of the names his alleged father used to call his mom as part of the usernames he chooses. As his treating psychiatrist I am reaching out for you his friends for your support and understanding of his state.
