تلقى تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية الضربة الاكبر منذ تصاعد نفوذه في سوريا وذلك بعد سيطرة المقاتلين الاكراد على مدينة تل ابيض الاستراتيجية على الحدود مع تركيا والتي تشكل طريق امداد حيوية للجهاديين.
وتمكن المقاتلون الاكراد ومقاتلو المعارضة السورية بعد خمسة ايام من الهجوم المدعوم بغارات التحالف الدولي الذي تقوده واشنطن، من السيطرة فجر الثلاثاء بشكل كامل على مدينة تل ابيض في محافظة الرقة، معقل تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية في شمال سوريا، بعد اشتباكات عنيفة ضد الجهاديين، تسببت بفرار الالاف من السكان.
وبذلك، يخسر التنظيم الجهادي واحدة من ابرز طرق امداده مع تركيا. ولم يعد يسيطر الا على معبر جرابلس الحدودي مع تركيا في محافظة حلب (شمال)، وان كانت عمليات نقل الاسلحة والمقاتلين تتم عن طريق التهريب لا عن طريق المعابر المقفلة من الجانب التركي رسميا.
وقال مدير المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان رامي عبد الرحمن لوكالة فرانس برس "سيطرت وحدات حماية الشعب الكردية ومقاتلو الفصائل على مدينة تل ابيض بالكامل، بعد طرد اخر عناصر تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية منها"، مضيفا "منذ هذا الصباح لم تطلق رصاصة واحدة في تل ابيض".
واوضح القيادي الكردي احمد سايكسو لوكالة فرانس برس الثلاثاء ان "مقاتلي التنظيم انسحبوا دون قتال يذكر (...) كان انتصارا سهلا".
ورفع المقاتلون الاكراد ومقاتلو المعارضة اعلامهم داخل المدينة.
وقال شرفان درويش، الناطق الرسمي باسم قوات "بركان الفرات" المعارضة التي تقاتل الى جانب الوحدات الكردية، لوكالة فرانس برس في اتصال هاتفي "نستمر في تمشيط المدينة لتهيئة عودة اهاليها"، لافتا الى "وجود الغام وسيارات مفخخة وجثث مرمية على الارض".
واعتبر المحلل ايمن جواد التميمي من منتدى الشرق الاوسط للابحاث ان سقوط المدينة في ايدي الاكراد يعد "الخسارة الاكبر حتى الان لتنظيم الدولة الاسلامية في سوريا".
واوضح ان تل ابيض تعد "طريقا رئيسيا لنقل المقاتلين والاسلحة والسلع من تركيا الى الاراضي الخاضعة لسيطرة التنظيم".
وتشكل تل ابيض طريق امداد رئيسي للتنظيم الى مدينة الرقة الواقعة على بعد 86 كيلومترا.
ويسيطر التنظيم على كامل محافظة الرقة منذ حوالى سنة، لكنه خسر في الاشهر الاخيرة اكثر من خمسين قرية وبلدة في الريف الشمالي لصالح الاكراد.
وقال عبد الرحمن ان هذه الخسارة تعد "الانهيار الاكبر للتنظيم منذ اعلانه دولة الخلافة في شهر حزيران 2014".
وبحسب عبد الرحمن، "بات على الجهاديين في دير الزور (شرق) ومحافظة الرقة اجتياز مئات الكيلومترات للوصول الى الحدود التركية عبر حلب"، بعد ان بات الاكراد يسيطرون "على شريط حدودي بطول 400 كيلومتر يمتد من ريف حلب الشمالي الشرقي (عين العرب) وصولا الى الحدود العراقية".
واعتبر الباحث في شؤون الجهاد في مؤسسة كويليام في لندن تشارلي وينتر ان النجاح الكردي في تل ابيض "اكثر اهمية على المدى الطويل من كوباني"، (عين العرب) المدينة الحدودية مع تركيا التي تمكن المقاتلون الاكراد من صد هجوم تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية عليها بمؤازرة غارات التحالف الدولي في شهر كانون الثاني الماضي.
ويوجه تفوق الاكراد في هذه المعركة وفق وينتر، "ضربة لأسطورة النصر الالهي الثابت" التي يحاول التنظيم الترويج لها منذ ظهوره في سوريا عام 2013.
ويثير تقدم الاكراد في الجانب السوري من الحدود مخاوف تركيا التي تصنف وحدات حماية الشعب الكردية "ارهابية". وتخشى انقرة ان يبادر اكراد سوريا على غرار اكراد العراق، الى تأسيس اقليم مستقل على طول الحدود التركية، يوحد مناطق عفرين وكوباني والجزيرة، وهو ما يطلق عليه الاكراد تسمية روجافا.
ولجأ الى تركيا 23 الف سوري في الفترة الممتدة بين 3 و15 حزيران التي شهدت تصعيدا في المعارك في محيط تل ابيض، وفق ما اعلنت المفوضية العليا لشؤون اللاجئين لدى الامم المتحدة الثلاثاء.
ودخلت الازمة السورية عامها الخامس، وفشلت كل المحاولات الرامية الى ايجاد حل دبلوماسي لها. واوقع النزاع المسلح المتشعب الاطراف اكثر من 230 الف قتيل.
في مدينة حلب، تعرضت الاحياء الواقعة تحت سيطرة قوات النظام امس لقصف بأكثر من 300 قذيفة وصاروخ مصدرها مواقع المعارضة، ما اوقع 34 قتيلا بينهم 12 طفلا و190 جريحا، وفق المرصد، وهو اليوم الاكثر دموية في هذه الاحياء منذ اندلاع النزاع.
وفي دمشق، تعرضت احياء عدة لسقوط عشر قذائف الثلاثاء، بحسب التلفزيون السوري الرسمي الذي اتهم "عصابات الارهاب والاجرام" باطلاقها، مشيرا الى وقوع ثمانية جرحى.
ودان مبعوث الامم المتحدة الى سوريا ستافان دي ميستورا الذي يواصل زيارته لليوم الثاني الى العاصمة السورية، "الهجوم الخطير جدا على المدنيين" في مدينة حلب.
ورأى ان "هذا الهجوم لا يبرر بأي حال من الأحوال أي عملية انتقام قد تقوم بها الحكومة السورية على المناطق الآهلة باستعمالها القنابل البرميليّة".
ومنذ نهاية 2013، تقصف قوات النظام بانتظام المناطق الواقعة تحت سيطرة المعارضة المسلحة في مدينة حلب لا سيما بالبراميل المتفجرة التي تلقى من طائرات مروحية وقد حصدت الاف القتلى.
والتقى دي ميستورا اليوم الرئيس بشار الاسد، واتفق الطرفان، وفق وكالة الانباء السورية الرسمية "سانا"، على متابعة التشاور لايجاد حل سياسي "ناجع" للنزاع.
