الإدعاء على هشام وايلي ضو في قضية قتل الرائد كحيل

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على على المتهمين بقتل الرائد ربيع كحيل الذي فارق الحياة الاربعاء الفائت متأثرا بجارح أصيب بها اثر اشكال حاصل معه في بلدة بدادون- عاليه.
وقالت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام أن "القاضي صقر ادعى على هشام وايلي ضو في قضية قتل المقدم ربيع كحيل".
وكانت قوة من الجيش دهمت منذ أيام منزل المدعو هشام ضو المتهم بقتل كحيل.
وضبط داخل منزله بحسب ما أفاد الجيش ببيان صدر عنه حينها، 18 بندقية حربية و17 مسدسا وكمية من الذخائر الخفيفة، بالإضافة إلى أعتدة عسكرية متنوعة.
وأصيب كحيل بطلقات نارية عدة، إثر خلاف مع الشابين ايلي وهشام ضو في منطقة بدادون – القماطية خلال توجهه الى منزله، حيث توقف جانبا لاجراء اتصال هاتفي، فتوجها نحوه مطالبينه عدم التوقف في المكان والرحيل. فعرّف عن نفسه ورغم ذلك أصروا على موقفهم فوقع الاشكال.
