المشنوق يحسم مسألة مناقصات النفايات ويعلن عن الشركات الفائزة: مشكلة المطامر في يد الحكومة

اعلن وزير البيئة محمد المشنوق الاثنين عن الشركات التي فازت في مناقصات ملف المفايات في بيروت وكافة المناطق وذلك بعد فض العروض المالية لها، تمهيدا لايجاد عدد من المطامر بمساعدة الحكومة.
وبعد اجتماع في مجلس الانماء والاعمار حسم المشنوق الملف بتوزيع متوازن بين الطوائف. وقال في مؤتمر صحفي الاثنين "انها المرة الاولى التي يجري فيها مناقصة بهذا الحجم ، وقد تمت ادارة هذه لمناقصة بكل شفافية ان كان من خلال دفتر الشروط او لجنة التقويم او من خلال الاستعانة بشركات مراقبة ".
عليه، أعلن عن "فوز شركة واحدة في مناقصة بيروت وهي "لافاجيت"، و"شركة رياض الاسعد" في الشوف، و"جهاد العرب" في البقاع.
أما في الشمال ففازت شركة "باتكو". وفي المتن شركة "اندفكو" ، و"شركة شريف وهبي" في الجنوب".
ولفت الى ان لبنان فتح بذلك "صفحة جديدة من تاريخ ادارة قطاع النفايات الصلبة، صفحة نأمل أن تكون ناصعة البياض".
وأشار الى ان "مشكلة المطامر موجودة في مجلس الوزراء وهو سيتخذ قرارا في موضوعها غدا الثلاثاء".
وبعد اجتماعات عدة منها فشل ومنها ارجىء تم الاعلان عن الشركات الفائزة الى ان يتم الاتفاق على مطامر بديلة عن مطمر الناعمة الذي باقفاله بدات ازمة ما زالت مستمرة رغم كل الاقتراحات.
وفيما اعلنت وزارة البيئة عن هذه الشركات التي ما زال المعتصمون صامدين في تحركهم ويرفضون التوزيع الطائفي في هذا الملف، مطالبين بان تتولى البلديات مسؤولية حله.
ولبنان امام "ازمة صحية" اعلنت عنها وزارة الصحة منذ اسبوع بسبب تكدس النفايات التي نقلت من الشوارع الى المرفأ الذي اعتصم موظفوه تنديدا أو الكرنتينا التي لم تعد تستوعب.

I wonder to whom those companies are... Maybe eslah guys can help us out? Might it be that some of them are co-owned by some of their allies?... (I'm asking eslah guys bc they are the gardians of lebanese rights and wealth and they will surely not be defending and allied to corrut politicians...
Anyway demos hel their fruits, those politicians resolved the issue faster than expected, but will people stop here now that they know they can get their demands fullfield?...
I hope not...

a bit of an exaggeration don't you think? These demonstrators had their moment of glory and they now think they can run the country. Their alternative is to give it to local municipalities. We all know what that means in terms of services, performance, theft, and political loyalties.

agreed.... so if the municipality of dahyeh does not perform who are they accountable to? The minister of interior... and you think any minister of interior can do anything in dahyeh let alone be permitted to attend a meeting there. No Hope..

This is a stupid demand indeed.... Municipality must have their say in the waste management but to give them full authority??? Why not give it to the local warlord dirrectly...
I hope those guys get a litle smarter than that....

I TOTALY agree with XFPM this looks like exaggerated list aimed at tarnishing people who have nothing to do with it. I say let go and create 7ilou3anAfanna# let the Thugs get wiped by security forces and Don't let any one out if convicted of vandalizing Beirut.

Happy to have u back, just one more comment: the leftist should support the demos (all the leftists) but not try to lead them because their hierarchy is not really better than the political class (comunists allied with hezbos and amal just for few sits, elias attalah being the first leftists getting to parlement and doing nothing at all....) in my humble opinion...

Indeed and no one is asking that we all get the same paycheck, nor that we dress alike but i wonder how can most of our politicians buy airplains, have luxerious villas, get to become billionaires while the majority of the people live in shit...
U know accountability and the right to live in a minimum of decency...
