السويد تقرر ترحيل عشرات العائلات اللبنانية اللاجئة اليها منذ سنوات

قررت السلطات السويدية ترحيل مئات العائلات اللبنانية التي سبق لها أن لجأت الى السويد قبل سنوات طويلة بعدما رفضت منحهم الإقامات الضرورية للإستقرار على أراضيها.
وعلى الرغم من أن هذه العائلات التي استقرّت في السويد منذ اكثر من عشرة اعوام، أسّست مصالح خاصة وتدفع ما عليها من ضرائب، فإنها لم تحصل على تأشيرة الإقامة المطلوبة، لا بل أنها فوجئت مع اشتداد أزمة الهجرة السورية الى أوروبا بقرار طردها وتسفيرها بعد تدبير مع السلطات اللبنانية المختصة قضى بالإستحصال على جوازات سفر لهولاء اللبنانيين.
ويواجه اللبنانيون المدرجون على لائحة الترحيل من السويد، وطلائعهم أكثر من 25 عائلة، مشاكل إنسانية واقتصادية عدة أبرزها وضع الاطفال الذين وُلدوا هناك، والذين تأقلموا مع المناهج التعليمية السويدية، وعائلاتهم التي بنت لها اشغالا خاصة في حين أنها ستواجه أزمات اقتصادية واجتماعية خانقة في حال عودتها الى لبنان.
وستلتقي وفود من هذه العائلات السفير اللبناني لدى السويد والدول الاسكندينافية علي عجمي لطلب المساعدة لدى كل من السلطات السويدية واللبنانية، في موازاة مسار تصعيدي في التحرك يشمل مسيرات سلمية واعتصامات امام الدوائر الرسمية السويدية بمشاركة مواطنين سويديين يدعمون قضيّتها.

If they have been there for ten years or more and have settled, have jobs and paid taxes while being law abiding migrants then they should be given a fair opportunity to integrate unless they are proven to be trouble makers which no one wants anyway. I hope that we're not dealing with discriminatory practices here...Europe is not a kind place as it used to be for immigration because of difficult economic conditions.

Well, it may give Lebanese a taste of what they do to Palestinians living in Lebanon. Palestinians in Lebanon are born in Lebanon, with children in Lebanon, yet they haven't a tenth of the rights Lebanese enjoy in Sweden.

Lebanon cannot accept Palestinian or Syrian refuges to become nationalised! Lebanon is unique in the sensitive sectarian make up. There is plenty of room in the rich Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.

So why Western countries should accept Lebanese (with a different culture, religion and language) if Lebanon can't accept people with the same culture, religions and language ?

i will say what everyone thinks but some are afraid to say... Lebanon is a christian bastion... Foreign muslims are invasive to Lebanon. Christians can't complain against population growth and emigration but foreign invasion that disrupts the Lebanese sectarian balance is unacceptable! Lebanon has weekends on Saturday and Sunday. We are both equally christian and muslim Lebanese under the law! We respect each others religions and sects! The whole civil war was about the Islamisation of Lebanon... together the Lebanese are unique in the world! We are a message to the world! Lets not dilute this message by playing sectarian games

This "special status" as you describe is just inhumane, unfair and racist. Like the special status black people had in the Apartheid regime.

No one wants more Muslims in their countries, not even the Muslim countries. That's the bigotry in all this; that even Muslims don't want Muslims! How can you blame the non Muslim countries then? Who wants a higher risk of terrorism and fanaticism? You guessed it no one

I am not sectarian, I advocate absolutely the contrary: no more sects, only one country, a civil State for all its citizens, one sole army, no more shias, sunnis, maronites, palestinians, etc. only Lebanese. Same right and same citizenship to all people born in Lebanon, like in any sane country. You call that sectarianism ?
