روسيا تبلغ لبنان عن مناورة بحرية في المتوسط وتعديلات على المسار الجوي للطائرات

أبلغت روسيا السلطات اللبنانية انها في صدد إجراء مناورات بحرية لمدة ثلاثة أيام من شأنها أن تؤثر على حركة الطيران من والى مطار بيروت، الأمر الذي استدعى تعديلات على المسار الجوي لحركة الطائرات التي ستقلع من لبنان.
وقالت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام ان "السلطات المختصة في المطار تلقت اليوم برقية من البحرية الروسية تفيد بأن البحرية الروسية في صدد إجراء تمارين ومناورات بحرية بموجب احداثيات محددة، وذلك لمدة ثلاثة ايام، ابتداء من منتصف هذه الليلة".
وجاء في البرقية أن "ذلك من شأنه ان يؤثر بشكل مباشر على المجال الجوي اللبناني وعلى حركة الطيران من والى مطار رفيق الحريري الدولي في بيروت وفي الاجواء اللبنانية ما يؤدي الى تعليق الحركة الجوية بشكل شبه كامل".
ولبنان الآن وفقا للوكالة الوطنية، في صدد اجراء مفاوضات مع السلطات القبرصية المختصة لتأمين خط جوي موقت، علما أنه إذا وافقت السلطات القبرصية على هذا الامر، فان معظم شركات الطيران ستعتذر عن تسيير رحلاتها الجوية من والى لبنان أيضا بسبب بعد المسافة ولاسباب لوجستية اخرى تتعلق بحركة الطيران.
وقال وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل غازي زعيتر لوكالة "فرانس برس" "طلبت روسيا من السلطات اللبنانية الا تحلق الطائرات المنطلقة من مطار بيروت نحو الغرب فوق منطقة محددة في المياه الاقليمية في البحر الابيض المتوسط بسبب المناورات البحرية التي تجريها روسيا في 21 و22 و23 من الشهر الحالي".
واشار زعيتر الى ان "لبنان تحفظ على الطلب الروسي لان من شأنه ان يؤثر على سير الرحلات".
وتنفذ روسيا ضربات جوية في سوريا منذ 30 ايلول تقول انها تستهدف تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية و"مجموعات ارهابية" اخرى، وتساند الجيش السوري في عملياته البرية في محافظات عدة في البلاد.
وبعد البلبلة التي أثارها الطلب الروسي، أعلنت شركة طيران الشرق الأوسط - "الميدل إيست" انه "استنادا إلى التعميم الصادر عن إدارة الطيران المدني اللبناني في شأن سلوك مسار جوي جديد بين لبنان وقبرص، فإن كل رحلاتها ليوم غد السبت ستقلع في المواعيد المحددة لها كالمعتاد".
وأوضحت أيضا أن "بعض الرحلات الجوية المتوجهة إلى دول الخليج العربي والشرق الأوسط سوف تستغرق وقتا أطول، بسبب سلوكها مسارات جوية جديدة".
وتعليقا على ذلك، قال رئيس الحزب التقدمي الاشتتراكي النائب وليد جنبلاط عبر حسابه على تويتر "الروس أبلغونا اقفال أجوائنا لـ3 أيام، فهل وزير الخارجية والمغتربين جبران باسيل، على علم بهذا الامر؟".
اضاف: "اننا لا نريد ان نصبح حيا من موسكو، وهناك حد أدنى من احترام السيادة اللبنانية".

If anyone hasn't noticed, Russias direct entry into Syria has meant closer alliance between Lebanon and Russia. This is a positive consequence of Russia's involvement. The Saudis and Israelis can go suck on it. Of course Lebanon will divert air traffic for the next few days, we stand to gain equally with Russia.

I'm sorry but I don't see the problem.
Flights to and from Beirut to the Gulf States, flew west over the Med, then south and cross Sinai before overflying Saudi Arabia, instead of the more direct route over Syria and Jordan or Iraq, because of the situation in Syria, and they have been doing this for years. No airlines have cancelled their flights, no passengers have not reached their destination, no hotel bookings have had to be cancelled.
Then they stopped flying over Sinai and take a longer route over Egypt, no one was affected by the extra hour flight.
So why can't they just fly a new route over the Med for a few days?

I bet as a Christian you deal with a lot of iranian shias where you live and you concluded they are a great people. Is Canada better than Dahyeh? Do you have a Canadian passport?
