Only Aoun and Hezbollah boycott the electoral sessions and their ally Berri enables their obstruction by the "Berri Rule" that a 2/3 majority is required for a quorum. That there is no president yet is due to the failure of those in the streets who refuse to perform their duty in the Chamber of Deputies. When Christians voted for the FPM 10 years ago, it was for 2 reasons:

2- They voted before the Caporal reversed all his values and principles and became super-corrupt; a 3ameel to Syria, Ebola and Iran; a liar; a destroyer of the Institutions, Constitution, and National Pact; a totalitarian dictator of his party; ....
