وسط بيروت "ينجو من مخطط إرهابي".. والمشنوق: الموقوفون أحيلوا الى القضاء

أحبطت المديرية العام للأمن العام في العاشر من الشهر الفائت عملاً إرهابياً لتنظيم "داعش" في وسط بيروت، قبل المباشرة في تنفيذه.
وكشفت صحيفة "الاخبار" أن أحد عناصر داعش تمكن من اختراق شركة سوليدير لتجنيد أحد موظفيها.
وفي التفاصيل، "الموظّف المخترق لم يكن موظفاً عادياً، بل المعنيّ بمتابعة كاميرات المراقبة التابعة لسوليدير في وسط البلد، وكلّفه "داعش" تحديد بنك أهداف. فالموظف، وهو لبناني من مدينة صيدا من آل ص.، كانت مهمته جمع معلومات عن مواكب الشخصيات السياسية والمواقع الاقتصادية والسياحية في وسط بيروت، كذلك جمع معلومات عن مداخل منزل الرئيس سعد الحريري ومخارجه.
وعلمت الصحيفة أنه إلى جانب عمليات الاغتيال المحتملة، كان التنظيم المتشدد يجمع معلومات عن مؤسسات اقتصادية.
وبحسب مصادر قضائية، فقد تمكن الأمن العام من توقيف المشتبه فيه في العاشر من الشهر الفائت، بعدما افتُضِح أمر الأخير جراء كشفه تقنياً. وفي اعترافاته، قال إن شاباً فلسطينياً يقيم في مخيم عين الحلوة، جنّده في صفوف التنظيم وكلّفه جمع معلومات عن كافة الأهداف المحتملة في وسط بيروت.
ولم يمرّ وقت طويل قبل أن يتمكن الأمن العام من توقيف المشتبه فيه الثاني. واعترف الأخير بأنه مكلّف من قيادي في تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية" موجود في مخيم عين الحلوة بتجنيد شبّان من لبنان لمصلحة التنظيم.
وأقرّ بأنه كان من ضمن مهماته إرسال الشبان الذين يجري تجنيدهم إلى الرقة، عبر مهرّبين. وكشف الموقوف الفلسطيني أنه جنّد شقيق الموقوف اللبناني للعمل في صفوف التنظيم وأرسله إلى سوريا. كذلك كشف الموقوف أنه مرتبط بأحد عناصر التنظيم الأساسيين، وهو موجود داخل مخيم عين الحلوة، وأنه جرى اختيار ص. لهذه المهمة بسبب طبيعة عمله في قلب العاصمة، الذي يسمح له بالاطلاع على معلومات حساسة عن شخصيات سياسية ومراكز سياحية واقتصادية.
وقد سعت المديرية العامة للأمن العام إلى عدم تسريب أي معلومة عن العملية، رغم أنها أنهت تحقيقاتها فيها منذ أكثر من عشرة أيام. وبحسب المصادر، فإن الأمن العام لم يكن يريد تسريب أي معلومة عن العملية، خشية الإرباك الذي يمكن أن يحدثه إعلان مخطط التنظيم الإرهابي. لكن وصول الملف إلى القضاء العسكري سمح بانكشاف جزء من المعلومات.
وبحسب "الاخبار" أن المدير العام للأمن العام اللواء عباس إبراهيم، التقى رئيس الحكومة سعد الحريري ووضعه في أجواء العملية الاستباقية. وفي هذا السياق، قال وزير الداخلية نهاد المشنوق للصحيفة عينها ان "الأمن العام نفذ عملية استباقية أحبطت عملاً إرهابياً"، مشيراً إلى أن الموقوفين أُحيلوا على القضاء العسكري منذ أكثر من عشرة أيام.
