"خطة إنقاذية" للكهرباء قيد الدرس: إستئجار بواخر جديدة تكلف الخزينة "864 بليون ليرة"

تقرر وضع ملف الكهرباء على "نار حامية"، إذ تقدم وزير الطاقة سيزار أبي خليل بمشروع تحت عنوان "الخطة الإنقاذية للكهرباء" تقرر إدراجه على جدول أعمال جلسة مجلس الوزراء التي ستنعقد يوم غد الثلاثاء في قصر بعبدا مخصصة لهذا الامر.
وأفادت صحيفة "الحياة" الى أن الخطة الإنقاذية لا تلحظ طلب "القوات" وضع تصور يؤدي إلى خصخصة قطاع الكهرباء بمقدار ما أنها أقرب إلى الخطة التي كان وضعها سلفه الوزير جبران باسيل وقضت باستئجار باخرتين تركيتين لتوليد الطاقة الكهربائية بذريعة التغلب على قسم من العجز الناجم عن تغذية العديد من المناطق بالتيار.
ورأت مصادر وزارية، أن أبي خليل، ليس في وارد إدخال أي تعديل على الخطة التي وضعها باسيل، القائمة على استئجار بواخر تركية لتوليد الطاقة.
لكن الجديد- القديم في خطة أبي خليل يكمن وفقا للمصادر في أنه يقترح على مجلس الوزراء استئجار ثلاث بواخر تركية، على أن تتم الاستعانة بالأولى فوراً ويصار إلى تأخير الاستعانة بالباخرتين الأخيرتين إلى مطلع العام المقبل، شرط أن يتم استبدالهما بالباخرتين المستأجرتين حالياً من وزارة الطاقة لحساب الحكومة اللبنانية، بذريعة أن كلفتهما أقل من الحاليتين وتغذيان التيار بطاقة كهربائية أكثر.
ويتردد أن كلفة استئجار البواخر يرتب على خزينة الدولة 864 بليون ليرة، ما عدا الكلفة المترتبة على تأمين مادة الفيول لتشغيل هذه البواخر، بالإضافة إلى كلفة أخرى لشراء الطاقة الكهربائية من شركة تقوم بتوليدها بالطاقة الشمسية. بحسب "الحياة".
و يتردد أن وزير الطاقة يصر على حسم استئجار البواخر التركية قبل حلول حزيران المقبل، بذريعة أن هناك ضرورة قصوى لتقوية التيار الكهربائي قبل حلول الصيف الذي يستعد لاستقبال حوالى مليون ونصف مليون سائح، من بينهم عدد كبير من اللبنانيين الذين يودون قضاء العطلة الصيفية في الربوع اللبنانية، إضافة إلى أن هناك نقصاً في توفير التغذية بالتيار الكهربائي بسبب وجود عدد كبير من النازحين السوريين.
وأشارت "الحياة" الى ان الكتل النيابية الممثلة في الحكومة انشغلت منذ يوم أمس، بدراسة ما ورد من تفاصيل في الخطة الإنقاية للكهرباء.

the fact that NO politician come up with a sustainable plan for electricity only proves how they are ALL corrupt and ALL benefit from this!
Don't tell me that there is no plan for 24/24 electricity that ALL developed countries benefit from in suc a tiny little country like lebanon!
all excuses they come up with are just lies and hypocrisy! solutions exist! it is just a will to harm the country and lebanese people that is all!
TFEH on them! tfeh tfeh tfeh how rotten and stinky they are yet people still support them!
so don't complain fellow citizens! as everyone is part of the problem...as long as there are sheep licking their boots for a few short term benefits then this country is doomed....

Yalla, I agree. But then again, what private company will be interrested to go in the Ebola strongholds to collect money for the EDL? We have seen it before, they will be welcomed with stones, threats, and machine guns.
I had read this very long audit (well I read some of it) that had been done by the French (EDF) in the 90's. It concluded that about 25% of the Electricity was not invoiced... and that about 30% was not collected!! Of course Ebola doesn't want the problem solved!

I am not sure it is that simple. But I am sure that in any case, it does not suit Ebola.
If they run Electrical companies in their strongholds, they will have to invoice.
If private companies not affiliated to Ebola take over, they will still have to go in their strongholds, make some modifications, improvements, modernizations (like what @geagea is refering to)... will they dare to invoice? Today EDL dares nothing, and keeps providing those areas/villages with electricity...it's a disgrace! It is pure theft.

Tell those Iranians illegally occupying near the airport to pay, they aren't under special privilege. Anyhow, this is just talk as this circumstance will remain stagnant.
