تجمع حافلات سورية عند نقطة الجيش في وادي حميد للمباشرة في عملية نقل المسلحين

بدأت المرحلة الثانية من اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار بين جبهة فتح الشام (النصرة سابقا) و"حزب الله" في جرود بلدة عرسال البقاعية بمواكبة الامن العام، إذ وصلت آخر الحافلات الى عقبة الجرد للتجمع في نقطة الجيش في وادي حميد لنقل المسلحين وعائلاتهم مع عدد من النازحين الى سوريا.
يشار الى ان النازحين والمقاتلين وعائلاتهم سينتقلون الى إدلب فيما عملية تبادل الاسرى لدى الطرفين ستتم في حلب.
ويوجد 8 أسرى لحزب الله لدى "النصرة"، ثلاثة منهم فقدوا في معركة جرود عرسال منذ أسبوع.
وفي التفاصيل، ستسلك الحافلات من جرود عرسال باتجاه فليطة ومنها الى طريق حمص الدولي وصولا الى حلب حيث ستجري هناك عملية التبادل.
وسيرافق الحافلات الهلال الاحمر السوري الموجود في فليطة مع الصليب الاحمر الدولي. بحسب ما أفاد الاعلام الحربي التابع لحزب الله.
وستتم عملية التبادل في حلب حيث يدخل مسلحو النصرة مقابل خروج أسرى المقاومة.
وقالت قناة الـ LBCI أن "حزب الله يضمن مسار القوافل"، لكن إذاعة صوت لبنان 100.5 تحدثت عن تعثر في عملية التبادل بين حزب الله والنصرة بسبب "عدم اكتمال التغطية الامنية للطريق الذي ستسلكه الحافلات التي تقل النازحين الى إدلب".
لاحقا قال مصدر عسكري للـLBCI أن "الباصات تجمعت باشراف الجيش عند معبر وادي حميد واليوم لن تحصل أي عملية نقل للنازحين والمسلحين".
وكانت المرحلة الاولى من الاتفاق بدأت يوم أمس الاحد، إذ تبادل حزب الله و"جبهة فتح الشام"جثامين مقاتلين من الطرفين.
وأفاد "الاعلام الحربي" التابع لحزب الله الأحد ان "المرحلة الاولى من تنفيذ الاتفاق انتهت" عبر تبادل تسعة جثامين من مقاتلي النصرة برفات خمسة مقاتلين من حزب الله قتلوا في المعارك في جرود عرسال.
وسلمت جثامين مقاتلي النصرة الى الامن العام الذي تولى وساطة بين الجانبين.

"Amnesty International has accused the Iraqi government and Shia militias it backs of war crimes and human rights violations, including the torture and execution of thousands of civilians who escaped areas controlled by the Islamic State group.
