إخلاء سبيل سوزان الحاج إداريا وإحالتها الى المحكمة العسكرية

وجّه القضاء الثلاثاء للمقدم سوزان الحاج تهمة "تلفيق" ملفّ التعامل مع إسرائيل للممثل المسرحي زياد عيتاني الذي أثارت قضيّته ضجّة كبيرة في لبنان.
وقال مصدر قضائي لوكالة "فرانس برس" إن القضاء وجّه للمقدّم سوزان الحاج التي كانت تشغل منصب مديرة مكتب مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية في قوى الأمن الداخلي "تهمة تلفيق ملف التعامل مع إسرائيل للممثل زياد عيتاني وقرصنة مواقع واختلاق جرائم غير موجودة".
وأضاف المصدر أن القاضي وافق في المقابل على طلب فريق الدفاع عن الحاج إخلاء سبيلها بموجب سند إقامة على أن تمثل أمام جلسات المحكمة العسكرية، علما أنها موقوفة منذ حوالى ثلاثة أشهر.
وكان توقيف الممثل زياد عيتاني على يد جهاز أمن الدولة بشبهة التعامل مع إسرائيل في تشرين الثاني الماضي، أثار صدمة في لبنان.
وكانت الصدمة الثانية حين أعلن عن توقيف الحاج في آذار بتهمة تلفيق التهمة لعيتاني بالاستعانة بقرصان معلوماتية.
وأفاد مصدر مطلّع على التحقيق حينها لوكالة فرانس برس أن سوزان الحاج "أقدمت على ذلك انتقاماً من عيتاني" لاعتبارها أنه ساهم في تسليط الضوء على إشارة إعجاب لها بتغريدة ساخرة من قرار السعودية السماح للنساء بقيادة السيارات، ما تسبّب بإحراجها ونقلها من منصبها.

I could not answer your last commment above, Whyaskwhy, so I will do it here. You took it personally, but by "you" I meant "the Lebanese people" (at least a large part of them). They did not stick around Gibran Tueinis principles. Lots of mistakes were done. perhaps one of the biggest one was done by Hariri by not recognizing Michel Aoun/FPMs role in March 14.
Now the world community does not have the will or apetite to do anything as long as there is no fire in the house.

So she is set free while the hacker she hired remains in jail?
What people do not understand is the corrupt justice system/military court only charged her with defamation and nothing else. Which means she will get off with minimum penalty.
