عون: ما من طلقة ستطلق على اسرائيل إذا لم تعتد علينا

أكد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال عون أن ما من طلقة ستطلق من لبنان على اسرائيل ما لم تتعرض الاراضي اللبنانية لاعتداء اسرائيلي، مدافعا من جهة أخرى عن حزب الله.
وقال عون في حديث الى صحيفة "لو فيغارو" الفرنسية الاثنين "حزب الله لا يمتلك حق الفيتو على القرارات الاستراتيجية وفي لبنان النظام توافقي، وابداء الرأي لا يعني استخدام حق فيتو، وان الحكومة الموجودة حاليا تقوم بتصريف الاعمال".
وردا على سؤال حول ما اذا كان "لبنان هو رهينة حزب الله"، قال رئيس الجمهورية "ان الضغوط الدولية ضد حزب الله ليست جديدة، وهي ترتفع.
ورأى أن "بعض الاطراف يفتش عن تصفية حساباته السياسية معه بعدما فشل في تصفية حساباته العسكرية مع الحزب لأنه هزم اسرائيل في العام 1993، ومن ثم في العام 1996، وبصورة خاصة في العام 2006".
وأضاف "ان القاعدة الشعبية لحزب الله تشكّل اكثر من ثلث الشعب اللبناني. وللأسف فإن بعض الرأي العام الاجنبي مصّمم على جعله عدوا".
واستبعد عون إمكانية أن يستخدم الجنوب في المواجهة بين ايران واسرائيل، مؤكدا أنه "اذا لم يتعرّض لبنان لأي اعتداء اسرائيلي، فما من طلقة واحدة ستُطلق من الاراضي اللبنانية. ولكن اذا ما حصل اي اعتداء ضد لبنان، فله الحق في الدفاع عن النفس".
وعن امكان دمج مقاتلي "حزب الله" بالجيش اللبناني، قال رئيس الجمهورية "قد يشكّل الامر مخرجا، لكن في الوقت الراهن فإن البعض يدين تدخله في الحرب ضد داعش والنصرة في سوريا. غير ان الوقائع هنا هي ان الارهابيين كانوا يهاجمون اراضينا، وحزب الله كان يدافع عنها".
وتابع "الحزب لا يلعب اي دور عسكري في الداخل اللبناني ولا يقوم بأي عمل على الحدود مع اسرائيل. لقد بات وضع الحزب مرتبطا بمسألة الشرق الاوسط وبحلّ النزاع في سوريا".

I believe he is saying that hezbollah is no longer a resistance whose purpose is to fight the occupiers and liberate land but rather an internal intimidating armed group that dictates government policy both internal and external.

Hezbollah according to nassrallah has been fighting in Syria for seven years ; since the beginning of the syrian revolution. There was no Daesh or Nusra back then. Also, is he telling us that hezbollah was/is defending Lebanon in Qusayr, Zabadani, Aleppo, Homs, etc?
The attacks inside Lebanon came more than two two years after Hezbollah's involvement in Syria and after repeated warnings for it to withdraw from Syria.

Aoun: No Shot to be Fired from Lebanon if No Israeli Aggression
Israel has indicated on several occasions its readiness to make peace with Lebanon, end hostilities, and normalize relations. You are saying you and your iranian militia will not fire a bullet if Israel does not attack Lebanon.
What is preventing you then from signing a peace treaty with Israel and end this state of imposed hostility? Or is it Iran/syria that are not allowing you to make peace with Israel in order to keep hezbollah in total control of Lebanon?

Remember in the late 1980's an agreement was reached but when the Lebanese delegates return home with it your Syrian occupiers tore it up. Now that Syria doesn't occupy your country perhaps it is time to send out new peace feelers towards Israel. Israel will not turn you down.
The only body that can stop this happeneing is Hizballah, and this is an internal Lebanese matter.

As both President Aoun and Prime Minister Netanyahu will be in New York at the UN at the same time, perhaps Pres. Aoun should take the bull by the horns and propose a meeting "even a secret not for the protocol one", with PM Netanyahu.
