الاتحاد الاوروبي يشدد عقوباته ضد سوريا

اعلن الاتحاد الاوروبي الاثنين تبني مجموعة جديدة من العقوبات ضد سوريا بسبب استمرار اعمال القمع تستهدف البنك المركزي السوري وقطاع الشحن الجوي.
واعلن الاتحاد الاوروبي في بيان انه "تم التصديق على التدابير التقييدية" في اجتماع لوزراء الخارجية في بروكسل.
وتشمل العقوبات تجميد ممتلكات البنك المركزي السوري في اوروبا ومنع سوريا من التجارة بالمعادن الثمينة كالذهب.
كما تشمل مجموعة العقوبات منع طائرات الشحن السورية من الهبوط على الاراضي الاوروبية.
ولم يتم تبني خيار الحظر الجوي التام الذي يمنع السفر من سوريا، والذي كان قيد الدرس، لما قد يسببه من عرقلة لخروج الرعايا الاجانب من الاراضي السورية، بحسب ما اوضح دبلوماسيون.
من جهة اخرى، سيتم اضافة سبعة اشخاص الى لائحة تضم اسماء حوالى 150 شخصا واصحاب منظمات او مؤسسات ممنوع عليهم الحصول على تأشيرة دخول الى اوروبا وتم تجميد ارصدتهم.
وستنشر اسماؤهم غداً الثلاثاء.

Poor Syrian regime, now it will have to trade only with Russia, China, India, Brazil, Iran, and Argentina… It will be forced to sell its oil to China and India and put their money in Russian or Lebanese banks. If nothing caused the collapse of the regime, this one definitely... will not? will? has in the past? is as dumb as the other dumb ideas? I guess we have to wait to read what Gabby, allouchi, slash dot dot and the other Grand Voyeurs will write.
