الكتائب: لإنشاء خلية أزمة لمتابعة النازحين السوريين تحسبا لمواجهة "توطين جديد"

دعا حزب "الكتائب اللبنانية" إلى انشاء خلية أزمة للتعامل مسألة النازحين السوريين "تحسباً لمواجهة توطين من نوع جديد".
وطالب الحزب وإثر اجتماع لمكتبه السياسي بعد ظهر الإثنين الحكومة بإنشاء "خلية أزمة للتعامل مع التداعيات المفترضة للاحداث في سوريا خصوصاً مسألة النازحين بالآلاف فيما بعض الادارات تتخبط في طريقة التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة التي باتت تأخذ منحى دراماتيكياً على الصعيدين الأمني والانساني".
وكشفت الأمم المتحدة السبت ان عدد النازحين السوريين إلى لبنان "بلغ 7085 نازحا". وأمس الأحد عبر نحو ألفي نازح جديد بسبب القصف والعمليات العسكرية في عدد من مناطق محافظة حمص.
وشدد على ضرورة "حسن مواكبة النازحين ورعايتهم بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات الدولية وباتخاذ الاجراءات الضرورية تحسباً لمواجهة توطين من نوع جديد فيما لو طالت الأحداث في سوريا وتفاقمت اوضاع النازحين".
وفي معرض الاحداث الدامية الجارية في سوريا، حثّ الحزب "المجتمعون الجماعات اللبنانية الى اية فئة انتمت على الحفاظ على الوحدة الداخلية وتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في البلد وتفعيل التضامن بين اللبنانييين وعدم الاحتكام الى الشارع تأييداً او احتجاجاً لما قد ينتج عن التظاهر من مبارزة ليس وقتها الآن بين اللبنانيين".
وكان قد تجمع الأحد فريقان الأول مناهض للنظام السوري بقسادة إمام مسجد بلال بن رباح في صيدا الشيح أحمد الأسير والثاني بقيادة حزب البعث العربي الإشتراكي.
وحول الإنفاق المالي للحكومة رأى "الكتائب" أنه "بات لزاماً توافق الفرقاء على آلية واحدة تعتمد لرفع سقف الانفاق بما يربط الانفاقين المتنازع عليهما لمرحلتي ما قبل العام 2011 وبعده في مسار تشريعي واحد خاصة بعد اعلان وزير المال ان أوجه انفاق الاحد عشر مليار دولار مثبتة في قيود وزارة المال".
ولم يعمل "الكتائب" فكرة "أن يقوم ديوان المحاسبة وسائر اجهزة الرقابة والتدقيق بدورها كاملاً" محملا "الجهات المعرقلة مسؤولية الركود التشريعي لقضايا ذات أهمية سياسية واجتماعية لا تحتمل التأجيل".
إلى ذلك أطلع رئيس الحزب أمين الجميل المكتب السياسي على فحوى المحادثات التي أجراها في روما مع كبار المسؤولين في الدولة ولاسيما الرئيس الايطالي جورجيو نابوليتانو ووزراء ومسؤولين في الحكومة الايطالية.

I don't care what anyone says. We speak the same language eat the same food so if they get citizenship so what? Armenians got citizenship so why shouldn't the Syrians? Or the Palestinians for that matter? The Palestinians have been here for sixty years, it is about time they get citizenship and rights.

your argument has no logic at all.. u wanna give ppl citizenship on the basis that they eat the same food?! i eat hamburger and speak english maybe they should give me the american citizenship. When the Armenians got citizenship things were different, admit it or not Armenians affected positively to both he economy and the balance of things during that period.. Whereas the Palestinians destroyed their chances of getting support of turning citizens when they held arms to fight against the Lebanese.. should they get their basic right...Yes sure they should!

Before you naturalize the Syrians who just got in. How about the Palestinians? Why would anyone talk about granting them citizenship at this time, unless Syria went underwater or need the numbers in Lebanon for voting purposes.

hey ulpianus, what Armenian naturalization..Armenians were born in Lebanon and they are all Lebanese..but you make a good point, you are right, everybody was naturalized after 1945...and if we follow your theory, that means all Lebanese are naturalized..
