السلطات تستعد لبذل "جهود استثنائية أمنية وإجتماعية" إزاء موجات النزوح السورية الى لبنان

تستدعي حركة النزوح السورية التي يشهدها لبنان في الساعات الأخيرة نتيجة الأزمة في سوريا و "الوضع الكارثي" التي بدأت تشهده دمشق عقب تفجير مقر الامن القومي فيها ومقتل ثلاثة من أبرز أركان النظام السوري، "جهدا استثنائيا على أعلى المستويات الأمنية والإجتماعية"، حيث شكلت موجات النزوح تطورا طارئا شغل السلطات المعنية.
وقالت مصادر مواكبة للجهود التي رافقت الاستنفار الرسمي أمس الخميس لحصيفة "النهار"، أن الاحصاءات والتقديرات التي أجريت لاعداد الوافدين السوريين الى لبنان في الساعات الاربع والعشرين الاخيرة، أي منذ مساء الاربعاء حتى مساء الخميس، فاقت الـ 20 ألفاً اجتازوا بوابة المصنع وحدها اثر المعارك العنيفة التي دارت في دمشق"، موضحة أن "معظم النازحين وفدوا من العاصمة السورية تحديدا".
وأشارت الى أن "هذا الواقع ينذر بتحول لبنان بلد نزوح ولجوء على نحو غير مسبوق"، مؤكدة أن مما يستدعي جهدا استثنائيا على المستويات الامنية والايوائية والاجتماعية والصحية، وإن تكن اعداد كبيرة من الوافدين لا تحتاج الى التدابير الخاصة بالنازحين لكون هؤلاء ينعمون بأوضاع اجتماعية ومادية مريحة."
وقال مصدر عسكري لـ"النهار" أن تعليمات قيادة الجيش منذ البداية هي تقديم التسهيلات للنازحين انطلاقاً من الواجب الانساني حيال هؤلاء الذين يفرون من الداخل السوري بسبب الاوضاع الصعبة هناك"، نافيا أن "تكون ثمة أية مشكلة تتعلق بوجود مسلحين على هذا الصعيد".
من جهته، أبلغ وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية وائل ابو فاعور "النهار"، أن "احصاءات النزوح تأتي من المفوضية العليا للاجئين، علماً ان هناك عائلات عدة أتت سيرا على الاقدام وعبر الجبال من دمشق في اتجاه لبنان وذلك في ظل المخاوف من مجزرة كبيرة في العاصمة السورية".
وقال أن الهيئة العليا للاغاثة "لا تملك اية امكانات الآن والمساعدات تأتي من المفوضية العليا للاجئين، والمجلس الدانماركي للاجئين وبرنامج الغذاء العالمي واللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر والصليب الاحمر اللبناني، ووزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية".
وأفاد أنه "قد جرى توفير المياه والطعام للمحتاجين"، لافنا الى أن "لا معلومات عن وصول مصابين سوريين الى لبنان، فيما توافرت عبر 8500 شخص نتيجة الأحداث التي تحصل في دمشق ومحيطها ونتيجة المخاوف ، هناك عدد كبير ربما يكون الى ازدياد"
وأعلنت المتحدثة باسم مفوضية الامم المتحدة للاجئين في لقاء صحافي في جنيف الجمعة، أن قرابة ثلاثون الف سوري فروا الى لبنان في الساعات ال48 الاخيرة.
وصرحت المتحدثة ميليسا فليمينغ أن "الاف السوريين عبروا الحدود اللبنانية امس (الخميس). وتقول المعلومات ان ما بين 8500 وثلاثين الف شخص عبروا الحدود في الساعات ال48 الاخيرة".
واضافت ان "السوريين يفرون ايضا الى تركيا والاردن والعراق، لكن هناك نزوح فعلي الى لبنان".
وكان المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان أورد أن اكثر من 300 شخص غالبيتهم من المدنيين قتلوا يوم الخميس في سوريا، في اعلى حصيلة يومية منذ بدء الانتفاضة الشعبية ضد النظام السوري قبل 16 شهرا.
وأعرب مفوض الامم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين انطونيو غوتيريس مجددا الجمعة "عن قلقه الشديد ازاء العدد الكبير من الاشخاص الذين فروا من سوريا"، بسبب اعمال العنف.
وصرح غوتيريس في بيان: "مع انتشار العنف الدموي، اشعر بالقلق الشديد ازاء الاف المدنيين السوريين واللاجئين الذين اضطروا الى الهرب من منازلهم".
واعربت المفوضية الجمعة عن عجزها عن اعطاء حصيلة محددة للاجئين السوريين. وكانت المفوضية قدرت الاسبوع الماضي عدد النازحين في الداخل بمليون شخص منذ بدء الانتفاضة.
وكان قد أعلن أبو فاعور بعد اجتماع مع رئيس الحكومة نجيب ميقاتي أنه "منذ السابعة من صباح اليوم حتى الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر عبر 8500 شخص نتيجة الأحداث التي تحصل في دمشق ومحيطها ونتيجة المخاوف ، هناك عدد كبير ربما يكون الى ازدياد".
كما كشف ابو فاعور لإذاعة صوت لبنان(93.3) عن فتح مدرستين مساء أمس الخميس في المرج ومجدل عنجر لايواء اللاجئين السوريين، مشيرا بعد لقائه الوزير حسان دياب الى أنه بانتظار تقرير مفصل عن الاعداد النهائية للاجئين.
و دعا الى اجراء كشف فني دقيق على المدارس لاستخدامها موقتا ريثما يتم ايجاد بدائل عنها.
وقال مصدر أمني لوكالة "فرانس برس" طالبا عدم كشف هويته، أن "اكثر من 18 الفا و600 سوري وصلوا منذ امس (الاربعاء) من سوريا عبر معبر المصنع الحدودي في شرق لبنان، بينهم عدد كبير من سكان دمشق وضواحيها".

26,900. It is going to be complicated for Lebanon to support them! Lebanon desperately needs the UN to help us, and Syrians need to know what it means to be a refugee from their part. I also am not sure we have enough Army/Police to make sure they are confined to their refugee camp.

I don't remember the Syrians "confining" the Lebanese "to their refugee camps" when over 50,000 Lebanese refugees crossed the border into Syria in the 2006 war.

the syrian people received the lebanese in times of hardship, and it is fitting we do the same when required, especially they are not responsible for what theri regime did to us as most of them do not support that regime.
I am with asking the UN for assistance, but with the state of the relationship with the UN due to the comments from M8.....

fpm will make us Lebanese pay for their covering up of the deployment of long range missiles in our mountains, while their leaders were cashing in millions for hizbushaitan for that cover up.

I disagree with you both. With or without Hezb, Israel would be a threat because leaked documents and comments from senior officials prove they are interested in some of our resources.
That being said, FT, the presence of Hezb is actually weakening Lebanon, because it is a non-state party taking on the duty of the state without the consent of the Lebanese people, and that actually leads to division. They are not the only problem in Lebanon, but its presence adds to our problems (although this only applies to after the year 2000).
