For once since a long time I totally agree with joumblat. he is expreesing the sentiment of all true Lebanese, and not traitors like the ne above.

Walid Jumblat is the ONLY Lebanese politician or former politician who is speaking the truth in Lebanon, right now. No matter what anyone thinks of the man's past, anyone with half a brain can clearly see the man is being truthful and honest....

you really are a bunch of ignorant ( educated or not) fools, if u are lebanese and u want wat is best for lebanon , dont follow a specific figure/war-lord. Coz wat they are doing is only following what outside forces want, its all about money in the end.
U need to do wats best for ur town, elect someone who wants change,who will make a change and not just to get ur driveway paved.

It's not jumblatt who's at fault here, it's the Lebanese press and people who should be ashamed. Here's a public figure that changed his mind so many times over the past 30 years that his wife doesn't know what he really wants for breakfast and yet the press runs to repeat every stupidity he says and people still listen and believe. It is with his help that the Syrians are back as strong as before and he has the guts to go public in criticizing what he helped create?? And the press still report on him???? And people read what he says????

ouwette he didnt help the syrians do anything, he kept the druze in the picture dont forget he fought a battle against them when they pointed the guns on lebanon,what he did was fight and he knew if he didnt do wat he did, the druze community would of been demolished by the amal and hizballah movement, he did a smart thing dont forget they murdered his father so what was for his people.If you think abt it was also smart to turn around because he could be a big help to bring lebanon back,who knows maybe his intentions were to topple the hizballah regime from the begining
