nobody won anything! we all lost from all this mascarade that should have been resolved from the beginning.

State = Lebanese citizens. I'm not sure we won anything, however I'm certain we lost electricity hours.

The biggest looser of them all is Bassil... even worse than his father-in-law.

These so called exams are a scam. Bassil had to yield. all this scenario is to save his face. We have 2000 extra people on our payroll to bankroll from our taxes. And those job could probably be replaced by a few computers and a well designed system with 30 people.
