Please do not leave, ya Farouk...stay until the bitter end and get the justice coming your way, for what you did to Lebanon, all those years. Kharma, and Payback, habeebi....please stay, until they get to you....
The biggest crime happened prior to that when they forced the Cairo agreement on Lebanon in 1973 and then again by sending their commandos in 1975 to crush the patriotic (pro-army) Lebanese and save the likes of you bigjohn.
@bigjohn: did you ever really believe that the Syrian, or any other Arab or Iranian regime, gives a damn about destroying Israel and liberating Palestine? If you did, then you are amongst the many Arabs that are constantly duped by dictators like Assad and HA's Nasrallah and Iran's Khameiny etc.
Wake up and see things the way they really are, the educated Arab youth have begun to awaken don't be left behind. All you need to do is start opening your eyes to really see...
He's worth more to the regime alive, than dead, in Syria than out. So they have the guy and parade him out when it is deemed necessary and good for the survival of the regime.
To say that this equates with Sharaa remaining in Syria of his own volition and free will is a mockery of the concept of free will and a violation of Mr. Sharaa's human rights.
They did that but from Lebanon (why destroy their economy when they can depend on you and others like you who do not care much about Lebanon's prosperity).
Ya big john I dont know how old you are,but in 1976 lebanon agreed to arab peacekeeping force to enter lebanon, then later assad took the opportunity to bring more troops and occupy our country.I feel sorry that people like you support foreigners against their own people.I would never support a foreigner against hizb eventhough I want them to disarm.
Sharaa was obliged to stay in Syria, return to Damascus and be obedient as his relatives are under arrest.
Usual practice in this part of the Arab world!
Hey Bigjohn, you ignorant dork. How many Lebanese do u know live and make money in Iran ? Zilch! how many pro syrian, pro hizbullah live in the U.S and Canada ? well over 100,000!! Iran NEVER helped lebanese in any way shape or form, if they wanted to fight israel, then let them fight them from filthy tehran! not from our land! but bcos of idiots like u, u allow these extremists to come to lebanon and use us as targets. Dork!
Ya Flame Thrower "mister know it all" inta. Iran NEVER had an economy to start with, sanctions or not. Their beliefs and extremist way of life does not allow for that ya habeel inta. Why dont u go live there and enjoy their "freedom" and backwards lifestyle. Its not all about money ya "habeel", its about self respect and not forcing women to cover their entire bodies just bcos the friggin mulah said so. If uve ever been to Iran ya habeel, i'm sure you would have noticed the ISRAELI made telecommunications equipment they have in shops everywhere. Do ure own research HABEEL.
This is a wax figure of Farouq al-Sharaa, so say the hopeless hopeful foreigners of the Syrian revolution.
Lebanon is not Syria. The people are different, although they have mixed in with each other over thousands of years... Let's remove the geographic borders of Israel and Lebanon and Syria and what do we have?? The same people, just slightly different customs. Forget religion for a second and look at the humanity. Why hate Jews? Why hate Christians? Why hate Muslims? ... The real enemy is hate itself.
