جنبلاط يدعو لمعاودة الحوار: لبت صيغة جديدة لا تخلط بين المقاومة والجيش

شدد رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط على اهمية الحوار الوطني وضرورة معاودته، مشدداً على انه لا بد من تغيير معادلة الجيش-الشعب والمقاومة.
واكد في مؤتمر صحافي عقده، ظهر الاثنين، في قصره في المختارة على ان مبادرته "تصب مع الجهود الجبارة التي يقوم بها رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان من اجل اعادة الحوار بالتعاون مع رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري"، لافتاً الى انه "شخصيا اقوم بهذا العمل المتواضع وسوف نبدأ اتصالاتنا مع الجميع".
ورأى جنبلاط ان "الحوار وحده يخرج البلاد من الازم"، معلنا ان "اللجوء الى الخطابات النارية غير مقبول وسنتصل بكل الافرقاء، آخذين في الاعتبار نصائح كل الدول الكبرى".
كما اعلن انه "لا يمكن الدخول في حكومة حيادية دون موافقة الجميع"، الامر الذي يعيدنا الى طاولة الحوار، وكشف الى انه في حال "لم نتفق على الصيغة المقترحة سنعود ونسمي نجيب ميقاتي".
في مؤتمره، اشار جنبلاط الى ان الحكومة الحالية قامت بتمويل المحكمة الدولية مرتين، و"حافظت على البروتوكول مع الامم المتحدة بالاتفاق مع الامين العام للامم المتحدة بان كي مون وستستمر بالتمسك بالمحكمة".
"الحكومة الحالية حمت الرموز الاساسية لفريق (رئيس "تيار المستقبل" سعد) الحريري والفريق الذي كنا نعتمد عليه لحمايتنا الا وهم (رئيس فرع المعلومات اللواء وسام) الحسن و(المدير العام لقوى الامن الدخلي اللواء اشرف) ريفي، كما قال جنبلاط.
واعلن "نجحنا في خلق هذا التيار الوسطي الاعتدالي مع (رئيس الجمهورية ميشال) سليمان (رئيس الحكومة نجيب) وميقاتي و(رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه) بري في مواجهة قوى سياسية ارادت ان تستأثر بكل مفاصل الدولة".
وتابع " نقطة الخلاف الاساسية هي السلاح، البيان الوزاري للحكومة والحكومات السابقة كان الجيش والشعب والمقاومة، واقول لا بد في يوم ما بعد استكمال الحوار من صيغة جديدة لانه لا يمكن ان نبقى في هذه المعادلة التي فيها عدم وضوح وخلط بين المقاومة والجيش".
وشدد رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" على انه "لا بد في يوم ما ان تكون المرجعية هي الدولة". وتابع "نعم لتحرير الاراضي المحتلة بالطرق الملائمة ولا للخروق الاسرائيلية ولا لاستخدام الاراضي اللبنانية لامور خارج مصلحة لبنان، لسنا مع استخدام طائرات سميت ايوب وغيرها لامور خارج لبنان".
وكان الامين العام لـ"حزب الله" السيد حسن نصر الله قد كشف أن "المقاومة أرسلت في 6 تشرين الأول طائرة إستطلاع متطورة من الأراضي اللبنانية باتجاه البحر وسيرتها مئات الكيلومترات فوق البحر واخترقت العدو ودخلت وحلقت فوق منشآت وقواعد مهمة لعشرات الكيلومترات فوق الجنوب إلى أن اكتشفها العدو فوق ديمونا وأسقطها"، واصفا العملية بالـ"نوعية".
الى ذلك، اكد جنبلاط، في مؤتمره، ان "العلاقة مع حزب الله ممتازة، إلا أننا اختلفنا معه في موضوع مقاربة الأزمة السورية والخلاف سياسي ديمقراطي، وأكرر لمن يريدون محاربة إيران ليفعلوا ذلك خارج لبنان".
اضاف "وضعت عناوين عريضة وقلت أن لبنان ليس قطاع غزة، وحتى هناك انتشرت شرطة حماس على حدود غزة من أجل تثبيت الهدنة، لبنان ليس قطاع غزة، لبنان دولة ونحن لا نريد أن تستخدم الجمهورية الإسلامية لبنان من أجل تحسين موقعها في التفاوض مع الولايات المتحدة كما لا نريد أن تستعمل بعض المحاور العربية لبنان من أجل محاربة الجمهورية الإسلامية".
اما عن اغتيال رئيس الحكومة الاسبق رفيق الحريري والقرار الظني للمحكمة الدولية، قال جنبلاط، "القرار الظني صدر واتهم عناصر من الحزب"، سائلا "فهل من الضروري في كل لحظة وكل زمان ومكان التذكير بهذا الأمر، ألا يدرك البعض ان هذا التذكير يزيد الشرخ بين طائفتين كريمتين".
وادرف "إذا كان لدى الحزب أدلة عن أن إسرائيل هي التي اغتالت الحريري كما يدعون ليتفضلوا ويدافعوا عن أنفسهم في المحكمة الدولية، ولمن يريدون العدالة أقول لا بد أن تأتي العدالة إن لم تكن الدولية فستأتي الالهية".
من جانب آخر، دعا جنبلاط القضاء الى "إصدار القرار الإتهامي في اغتيال الحسن والمتهم (الوزير السابق) ميشال سماحة وإن كان أحد القضاة خائفا ليتنحى لأن هذا الأمر يعجل في تنفيس الإحتقان".
وقد إعترف سماحة بالتخطيط لتفجيرات خلال إفطارات في شمال لبنان بأمر من رئيس مكتب الأمن الوطني في دمشق اللواء علي مملوك، وذلك بعد توقيفه في 9 آب الجاري، بمداهمة منزله في الخنشارة من قبل شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي.
اما عن الوضع الاقتصادي في لبنان، فدعا جنبلاط في مؤتمره، الى "إعادة النظر في اتفاقات الإستيراد والتصدير، ووقف التهريب الأمني والحزبي في المرفأ والمطار، والإسراع في استثمار الثروة الغازية لأن إسرائيل وقبرص بدأتا بالحفر، وقضية الكهرباء"، وغيرها.
وشدد على ضرورة اجراء "حوار إقتصادي، بعد مقاطعة العرب لنا بقرار سياسي لأنهم يريدون محاربة إيران في لبنان لذا نحن نرفض محاربة طهران في بيروت لأن لبنان ليس قطاع غزة ثان، ونرفض استعمال طهران للبنان كغزة ثانية من أجل تحسين ظروف تفاوضها الدولي، ولا بد من العودة إلى التفكير بهدوء بحوار إقتصادي".

i agree with you- it is one step at a time and we will be there - the formula of army+people+ resistance is really nothing but a life support jacket for hizballah that will blow up sooner or later. No one really is buying this and no one believes in it. People are fed up with this crap and just want to live in peace and harmony. If the truth were to be told, you would probably, almost certainly, find that more Lebanese civilians (I don't include those Hizballah and Fatah terrorists) have been killed by the Syrians during their control of Lebanon than by Israelis.
The world press and TV have more than once emphasised that Israeli does not target civilians, in straight contrast to what Hizballah did in their last attacks on Israel, and what Hamas has been doing for years.
Since 1973 the Syrian leadership has noted that it is advantageous to keep a quiet on the Golan front without any agreements with Israel, something else the Hamas should learn, and something that the Republic of Lebanon realises is for its own good..

Phillipo. While I do agree that probably more people in Lebanon died by syrian bullets than isreali ones. And at worst I classifyy the syrians (assad) and isreal on the same level in terms of killing. Syria by far takes the prize in supression, torture, and theft. But where I have a problem with your statement is that it is a well know fact that Israel does commit crimes against humanity. It might have to do with the fabric of HA and their warfare tactics. And the fact that HA loves firing missiles from populated areas. That does not excuse the atrosities that israel comits against other lebanese and palestinians.

The world is changing and changing fast. Jumblatt is right, old formulations based on old operating assumptions of the past will not work for the future.
Lebanon is about to embark on something brand new. It has oil and gas and a singular opportunity to finally develop itself into a country like the countries that her sons and daughters built in the Gulf and South America, a truly modern 21st Century state. There will be no room for 7th Century thinking. No time to waste with a culture of death and overriding sense of oppression. There is no need for death or oppression when there is wealth to be created with enough to go around to all of Lebanon's sons and daughters.
We need to pitch the Big Rat out of the tent and bring Lebanon's Shittes back home away from Iranian handouts and into the light of Lebanese self determination.

The "people-army-resistance" formula was kept vaguely worded, but it's interpretation has been abused by HA.
Essentially, all the formula says is that the "people, army, and resistance" have the right to liberate Shebaa, Kfarshouba hills, and Ghajar.
The formula has been interpreted as allowing HA the right to keep their arms. However the arms must not be used internally against fellow Lebanese. HezIran violated any interpretation of the formula when they started using their arms to assassinate their political opponents. They further abused this agreement on May 7.
There is no formal conviction yet on the Rafik Hariri murder, but the indictment of HA members, should have forced all HA to be removed from government (cabinet and parliament).
The events of May 7 show that HA cannot be trusted as a foreign militia on Lebanese land. This essentially cancelled the people-army-resistance formula.
